Bloodhound’s exact origins are unknown, but he is one of the best game hunters in the Outlands. But one thing is certain: they’re great at hunting and chasing down opponents.
Bloodhound’s Apex Legends skill set focuses on reconnaissance. With his tactical ability, Eye of the Allfather, locating foes is a breeze. The player can see their target through buildings and smoke screens, allowing the squad to set up a planned ambush.
Bloodhound’s skill set isn’t the only thing that sets them apart. The hunter has a variety of skins to choose from, each with a varying degree of aesthetic enhancements. These skins may be purchased in the store or during events, and they may be made by completing particular objectives.
Royal Guard
We have this skin for Bloodhound first and foremost. The first legendary skin on the list is Royal Guard, which is my personal favorite skin on the tracker.
The bleeding, crimson samurai appearance may stand out to opponents from a half-mile away, but wow, does it look good. Sure, being seen from afar can spoil your tracking possibilities and the element of surprise, but who cares? At the very least, you’ll look fantastic in the process.
After all, isn’t looking attractive the most crucial component of any video game? If you agree, you can buy this skin for 1200 crafting metals or get a tiny chance of getting it from any pinnacle loot box.
Imperial Warrior
Imperial Warrior, the second of the legendary skins to appear on the list, is the next skin on the list. This is a recolored version of the previous skin.
It is, however, a fantastic option. In my perspective, the armor is ideal for Bloodhound. Of course, it’s not as bright and dazzling as the others, but it’s quite samurai-like, which makes it a great choice for Bloodhound.
Just keep in mind that the Bushido techniques aren’t required when hunting down your adversaries. Instead, acting like a skillful ninja will help you win championships. At the very least, the top three.
In any case, Imperial Warrior is another legendary skin that will set you back 1200 crafting metals if you choose it.
The Runekeeper
The next choice on the list is the third of the legendary foundation skins for Bloodhound. The Runekeeper is identical to the number one selection, except Bloodhound is clothed in a more traditional doctor’s outfit this time.
Two of Bloodhound’s base legendary skins have the Legend in predominantly crimson armor, which is a little shocking. Though I assume, they wouldn’t call themselves “Blood” for no reason! Aside from the bad jokes, The Runekeeper is another excellent pick for Bloodhound. Sure, the armor and mask aren’t exactly imperial samurai-style, but they’re still a great departure from the original design.
Of course, if you want it to be your preferred skin, you’ll have to pay 1200 crafting metals for it. The price of legendary skins is exorbitant.
The Plague Doctor
Following that, we got the all-black recoloring of the previous skin, as well as the final of Bloodhound’s base legendary skins. The next Bloodhound skin on the roster is the Plague Doctor!
The Plague Doctor depicts the Apex Legend dressed as a bubonic plague doctor. Though I’m sure, there’s no time for sickness in the Apex Games, where the average lifespan ranges from 10 seconds to 20 minutes.
In all honesty, the raven-like style of the skin fits Bloodhound well. Everything about the skin complements the hunter well. If you want the final basic legendary skin, you’ll have to pay 1200 crafting metals for it.
Master of the Hunt
The next item on the list is the first of Bloodhound’s legendary skins. The next of Bloodhound’s skins is Master of the Hunt, and it’s possibly the most aptly called of the Legend’s skins.
This spectacular skin features a tracker decked up in the pelts of their victims, with gold plating throughout. Because the only thing we know about Bloodhounds is their hunting ability, it all fits together well both in terms of canon compatibility and in terms of aesthetic appeal.
It’s not quite as good as any of the legendary skins, but it’s still the greatest epic skin for Bloodhound. Unfortunately, it is no longer accessible in-game. Master of the Hunt was available earlier this year as part of the Legendary Hunt challenges. I’m not sure if the challenge will return in the future, but if it does, be sure to take advantage of it!
Glowing Viral
We’ll next go on to the foundation epic skins, which may be gained at any moment. The first of these legendary skins to be added to the list is Glowing Viral.
Bloodhound is shown in what is likely their favorite hue, red, by Glowing Viral. Although it isn’t as good as the two red legendary skins, it is a good budget option for anyone who hasn’t yet obtained a higher rank Bloodhound skin.
Furthermore, the red grid effect strewn throughout Bloodhound’s armor is actually very amazing. Glowing Viral isn’t a common effect because it’s not a skin that’s accessible for many Legends. This is a base epic skin that can be obtained for 400 crafting metals at any time.
Hack the System
The next of Bloodhound’s base epic skins is in seventh place: Hack the System. This time around, Bloodhound is mostly dressed in green in Hack the System.
The armor effect in Hack the System is one of my favorites in the entire game. It has only one flaw: the effect fades in and out way too soon!
Little wind blade circles immediately zip over the armor covering the whole impacted region. It’s a cool effect that sticks out, but I think they arrive and fade a little too soon, in my view. Still, there aren’t many green skins available from Bloodhound, so this one ranks high for me.
It will cost 400 crafting metals to unlock this epic skin if you don’t already have it.
Neural Net
Neural Net is the eighth skin on the list and the next legendary Bloodhound skin. For Bloodhounds who have yet to obtain a legendary skin, Neural Net is an excellent option. On the professional hunter, the pale blue is rather striking.
Plus, the impact is beneficial to them as well. Lines of blue dots run vertically along the affected region of Bloodhound in the Neural Net effect. It’s an effect that sticks out a lot for an epic skin because it’s not very rapid.
If you wish to unlock this skin, it will cost you 400 crafting metals, much as the other foundation epic skins.
Heat Sync
The epic skin Heat Sync is the second-to-last choice when it comes to the final two base epic skins. Heat Sync is the unmistakable orange skin for almost every character. If you like the color orange, you’ll likely find it on the majority of Legends.
On Bloodhound, the impact isn’t as strong as it might be. Heat Sync works well with big legends like Caustic and Gibraltar, but it doesn’t quite work with Bloodhound. The tracker does not have enough impacted surface area to convey the effect properly.
Still, it’s preferable than having a skin that’s either rare or common. It’s also not too pricey to unlock at 400 crafting metals.
Fiber Optics
Final but not least, we get Fiber Optics, the last of Bloodhound’s base epic skins. If you’ve read any of my previous Apex Legends skin blogs, you’d have guessed this one was coming a mile away. For many players, fiber optics is an excellent option. It’s a fantastic skin that a lot of people like—however, neither the effect nor the colors utilized in the armor appeal to me.
The dark matte blue, like the slow-moving blue streaks embellishing the impacted underarmor area of Bloodhound, doesn’t appeal to me. It’s okay, but out of all the fantastic skin effects, it’s my least fave. If you disagree and like the Fiber Optics skin effect, you’ll be happy to hear that unlocking it costs only 400 crafting metals.
