Astro’s Playroom was released alongside the PS5 in November of 2020 as a pre-installed title that takes full advantage of the new DualSense controller’s technology. Astro’s Playroom wasn’t a full-fledged title with hundreds of hours of gameplay, but it was a tight, 3-4 hour game that successfully celebrated PlayStation’s heritage as well as the company’s classic intellectual properties including God of War and Uncharted.
The game’s catchy soundtrack was also praised by fans, especially a song called ‘I’m Your GPU’ that plays during one of the game’s stages. Astro’s Playroom fans who have been enamored of the game’s music will be delighted to hear that the downloadable version of the soundtrack will be released on streaming platforms soon.

Kenneth C M Young, the composer of Astro’s Playroom soundtrack, revealed specifics on the game’s soundtrack production and other small details on the whole project in a post on the official PlayStation Blog.
He also announced at the end of the post that the game’s official soundtrack will be available digitally beginning on March 12, which is this coming Friday. The post then includes a link to the soundtrack’s Apple Music page, as well as a song list.
