Fans of the charming Bubble Bobble 4 Friends game will be glad to know that the new and improved version, Bubble Bobble 4 Friends: The Baron is Back!, finally has a release date as announced by ININ Games and Taito.
Those who are interested in getting their hands on this game have the option to either purchase it digitally or physically. That being said, those who already have the original game don’t need to buy it again since all the additional content made available in The Baron is Back! will be offered through a free update.
One of the exciting new features in this updated version comes in the form of a fan-favorite character. More specifically, Baron con Blubba will be returning in this game, as the title suggests.
Among other things, players will be able to enjoy online ranking, 200 levels of gameplay, a co-op mode that allows up to four players, as well as the original arcade version of Bubble Bobble. This will surely take players on a trip down memory lane.
