Since “The Sims” simulates life, it’s sad to say that money is also required to enjoy life’s pleasures in the game. Without money or Simoleons, you won’t be able to pay your bills, buy items for upgrading your house, or hire the services you need. So, as with real-life, becoming penniless in “The Sims” will make your character unhappy. As they say, no money, no honey. No honey, lonely.

You can get a job, sell items, or have the best saving and budgeting skills to earn money in the game. But, this is rather stressful and time-consuming, as with real-life. Considering the many luxuries the game offers, what you need is a get-rich-quick scheme in “The Sims.” Is this possible? Yes. Here’s your guide to the unlimited money cheats in “The Sims 4.”

First, Activate The Cheats

Before enabling your money cheat in “The Sims 4,” you must first activate them. To do so, launch the cheat console. This is done differently depending on the platform you use.

Press Ctrl + Shift + C or Command + Shift + C for PC. For PlayStation, press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2. For Xbox, press LB + LT + RB + RT.

Once the cheat console is open, type “testingcheats on” to activate the use of cheats.

Ka-Ching! Ka-Ching!: The Money Cheats In ‘The Sims 4’

Here are the cheat codes to enter into the console to get as much money as you want:

  • rosebud – Get 1,000 Simoleons
  • kaching – 1,000 Simoleons
  • motherlode – 50,000 Simoleons

Avid “The Sims” gamers know that “motherlode” is the classic. However, note that it isn’t possible to get unlimited money at all times in “The Sims 4.” But it’s always possible to have an unlimited source of money.

You may also set a specific amount of money for your household by typing “money” followed by a space and the amount.

But everything has a cap here. A household in “The Sims 4” can only have up to 9,999,999 Simoleons. To achieve this, launch the cheat console and type “money 9999999.”
