ESPN reports that Origen's 2017 Spring Split roster consists of xPeke rotating back to his career-making grounds in mid lane, leading the charge with four complete newcomers to the organization's roster. As reported:
The team has signed four new players: top laner Max "Satorius" Günther, jungler Kim "Wisdom" Tae-wan, AD carry Erik "Tabzz" van Helvert, and support Aleksi "Hiiva" Kaikkonen, sources close to the team and the players tell ESPN. Origen founder and owner Enrique "xPeke" Cedeño Martínez will reprise his role in the mid lane of the team, according to sources, after a short stint as its AD carry in 2016. The team is set to officially announce its roster on Monday, according to its website.
xPeke's return to his original role is the most notable and high-profile aspect of this roster, who consists primarily of Challenger-tier players. The only other player with LCS experience in the last year is Kim 'Wisdom' Tae-wan, formerly of Giants! Gaming.
The organization's set to make the official reveal on Monday.
Update: Correction -- Tabzz was on ROCCAT from February to April 2016.
