Activision has not made any official announcements yet for Call of Duty: Warzone Season 6, but a recent tweet from Minnesota COD League team ROKKR may have revealed that it will be starting on or around September 29.
Recently, the ROKKR league team tweeted that there will be an upcoming $100k Live From Warzone Tourney that will take place on September 29. To further cement the season 6 speculations, the tweet goes on to say that the tourney is to “celebrate the start of Call of Duty Season 6.”

With that in mind, we still don’t know what’s to come for Call Duty Warzone and Call of Duty Modern Warfare in the next season update. However, if September 29 will truly be when season 6 will start, it’s not that far off.
This means that we might be seeing an official announcement soon about what we can expect in the upcoming season.
In Season 5, Call of Duty’s Verdansk allowed players to go inside the stadium, explore the new map area, as well as hitch a ride on the freight train. Pretty cool stuff in and of itself. It didn’t end there, though – Activision released a roadmap after the season went live, which gave us new multiplayer modes like Bare Bones and Ground War Reinforce.
If we try and base season 6 on this previous season, we might be getting new maps, modes, and weapons. Hopefully, Activision will surprise us with something completely unexpected, too.
On a related note, Activision has posted job listings that imply that Call of Duty: Warzone might be coming to mobile.
