Bandai Namco Entertainment America has launched the newest trailer for the second “Hero of Justice” DLC Pack and free update for the “Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2” game. The video teased gamers over the new DLC character, Orange Piccolo, as well as the free update’s new raid boss, Cell Max. Both are from the “Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero” anime movie. This brand-new trailer noted that the updates are “coming soon.”
The “Hero of Justice DLC Pack 1” in the game includes Gamma 1, Gamma 2, and Gohan from the “Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero” movie as playable characters. It was during last fall when the DLC pack was launched.
For those who are hearing about this game for the first time, its official website said in the description of the game, “Developed to fully utilize the power of current generation gaming consoles and PCs, DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 builds upon the highly popular DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE with enhanced graphics that will further immerse players into the largest and most detailed Dragon Ball world ever developed. DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 will deliver a new hub city and the most character customization choices to date among a multitude of new features and special upgrades.”
The “Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2” game offers players the ultimate Dragon Ball gaming experience. They can develop their very own warrior, create the perfect avatar, train to learn new skills, and help fight new villains to restore the “Dragon Ball” series’ original story. Players can also join 300 players from across the globe in the new hub city of Conton, and fight with or against them.
The game also allows gamers to time travel and protect historic moments in the “Dragon Ball” universe. It is equipped with next-gen visuals that bring the “Dragon Ball” anime experience to life.
Furthermore, there are new characters and boss fights, a brand new hub city way more extensive than that from the original game, a more in-depth character creation system and battle adjustments, and post-launch support for a year.
It was in October 2016 when Bandai Namco Entertainment released “Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2” for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC across North America and Europe. It was in November 2016 when they released the game for PlayStation 4 in Japan.
Then, the video game publisher released the “Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2” game for Nintendo Switch in Japan and the Western hemisphere in September 2017. The game also launched for Google’s now-defunct Stadia gaming platform last December 2019.
Looking back further, the first “Dragon Ball Xenoverse” game shipped for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 in Japan, Europe, and North America in February 2015. It also debuted on PC through Steam during that same month.
