Dungeons and Dragons Partners With NERDS Candy For New Collab

For players who use the current 5th edition system, new Dungeons & Dragons content is always thrilling, but it arrives in a variety of odd shapes. While Wizards of the Coast may sometimes issue a new book chock-full of classes, archetypes, items, and other goodies, this isn’t a common occurrence.

Instead, they receive their dose of fresh stuff through playtesting content like the Unearthed Arcanas or from each other. Thanks to cooperation with NERDS sweets, D&D gamers may now acquire a seven-part adventure module featuring dungeon-delving NERDS characters.

Joey Rath, Brand Manager for NERDS sweets, explains why a partnership between Dungeons and Dragons and NERDS makes sense: “NERDS encourages everyone to celebrate how we’re all better together, a concept shared with the renowned Dungeons & Dragons.” However, the benefits of this partnership will not be limited to the corporation; gamers will gain as well.

Players must purchase NERDS Gummy Clusters or Rainbow NERDS Theater Box D&D packaging to obtain access to the seven-part Dungeons and Dragons campaign Restoring Harmony. To earn the first half of the module, take a picture of the receipt and post it to nerdscandy.com/dnd.

Players will get access to a new portion of the module as well as a pre-generated character based on one of the six D&D-themed NERDS characters with each receipt they provide. Curiosity, Creativity, Spontaneity, Deep Thinking, Logic, and Humor are among them.

Each of these modules is designed for a dungeon master and one player and takes approximately an hour to complete. However, when more NERDS characters are collected through receipt uploading, there’s no reason why additional people couldn’t participate in the fun.

All six NERDS characters will reach level 3 at the end of the sixth adventure, ready to take on the Restoring Harmony module’s final challenge. The entire module is designed to be family-friendly, making it an excellent alternative for anyone looking to introduce younger players to the game. It’s also a good reason to consume candy when playing Dungeons & Dragons.

While all of these prizes are guaranteed, a sweepstake is also running through December of this year. Players who join the sweepstakes by submitting receipts can win a range of D&D items, including the Starter Set, Essentials Kit, Player’s Handbook, Monster Manual, Dungeon Master’s Guide, etc.
