Never Before Seen Game Mode Added To Call of Duty Mobile

Call of Duty is consistently receiving new updates to celebrate the game’s anniversary as well as add new content. Similar to other games in the franchise, Call of Duty Mobile adds a few new game modes for all players to enjoy.

So far, the anniversary update’s new content has been extremely well received by the gaming community. Since the initial release of Call of Duty Mobile, the game has accumulated almost 500 million downloads worldwide. Call of Duty Mobile was recently released in China which instantly swelled up the count to another 50 million downloads.

A few new game modes have been introduced to Call of Duty Mobile including a new one that has intrigued a lot of members of its gaming community. The new Secondary Weapon Game Mode’s mechanics are the same as a standard 5v5 deathmatch, but players can only use their secondary weapons.

This means the mode is a brawl to the death with axes, knives, pistols, and any other secondary weapon available in Call of Duty Mobile. The mode will provide a great opportunity to practice the less favored weapons in every player’s loadout for those situations where their primary weapon runs out of ammo. As is a common motto in professional circles, it is always quicker to change to a secondary weapon instead of reloading.

Call of Duty Mobile’s newest update also introduces the Capture and Hold game mode which is quite similar to capture the flag mode. Each team has a flag base, and they must fight over a golden flag situated in the center of the map. Players fight against opponents across two four-minute rounds with the goal of obtaining three flags.

The last new game mode is the 10v10 Rust Call of Duty Mobile game mode which features a small map with 20 players battling each other out. Players will be divided into two teams with the goal of getting 150 kills for their team. This particular game mode is one of the largest ever featured, but most players say they love it and it’s good for the mobile audience.

Unfortunately, other game modes have been taken down to make room for these new features. Attack of the Undead, Halloween Standoff, Pumpkin Confirmed has all been removed despite massive fan engagement. Most players hope to see these game modes return next Halloween or maybe revamped for the incoming Yuletide season.
