The agreement was presented in front of major representative board members like Dr. Abed AL Razzaq Arabiyat (managing director of Jordan tourism), and H. E. Eng. Nayef Ahmad Bakheet, Mr. Owain Jones, The chairman of the ADC board, the prime representative of the chief commissioner of the AESZA Board at the major economic zone of Aqaba, and the media. Moreover, the Wizz airline officially declared the first launched Jordan routes on 4th October 2021.
This step was an indication of goodwill and a friendly relationship between European countries and the Middle Eastern part. Furthermore, the agreement was also a step forward for making more business developments and new alliances. He furthermore added the statement of the million-dollar loss due to a lack of tourists. He also conveyed the prime idea of the Wizz air from 2021 to 2023. The new routes of Abu Dhabi to Amman
On 9th February 2022, several news outlets confirmed that the budget airlines of Wizz air in Abu Dhabi also confirmed the new two routes. One route is from Abu Dhabi to Amman. Another route is from Abu Dhabi to Aqaba. Furthermore, details were briefly discussed. The flights will go from Abu Dhabi to Amman Saturdays and Tuesdays. The other flights will go from Abu Dhabi to Aqaba only on Thursdays and Sundays. Amman is also considered Jordan’s capital city. The reports also included fare details of the flight. The fare will be starting from 20 dollars (70 AED).
