Beast Boy Skin Arriving To Fortnite For Teen Titans Cup

Today, Fortnite revealed its most recent upcoming multiplayer event. The Teen Titans Cup will be held in the tournament, and Beast Boy, everyone’s favorite green-skinned, wise-cracking, shapeshifting vegetarian, will be there.

Garfield is a fictional character. Mark Logan, also known as Beast Boy, is a regular member of the Teen Titans, a teenage DC superhero squad composed of himself, Robin, Cyborg, and Starfire, in most versions. Beast Boy and Raven, a Teen Titan member, introduced to Fortnite as skin and an NPC during the current season, have a long romantic past.

Beast Boy will start hanging out in the Fortnite Item Shop next week, on May 13, in keeping with Season 6’s “Primal” theme. The BB’s Bonk Bat Pickaxe and the video game-pizza combo of the Couch Titan Back Bling will be available, in addition to two skin models that come with a gorilla-transforming Go Ape Emote.

Players would choose between a comic-accurate purple-and-black superhero costume or a Garfield Logan theme inspired by the Titans TV series. All of the pieces are available individually or as part of the Beast Boy Bundle.

Players that compete in the forthcoming Teen Titans Cup will have an early opportunity to reunite the young couple. Before they visit the Item Shop, the best performers in the Duos tournament will be rewarded with the Beast Boy Outfit and the Couch Titan Back bling.

Pairs can play up to ten matches and must be at least level 30 with two-factor authentication available to participate. Simply winning earns participants the new Beast Boy and Raven Spray, thus earning at least eight points in the cup earns players the new BBRae Loading Screen. The Teen Titans Cup takes place on the final day of Fortnite’s “Fighting Fire with Fire” Wild Week, a new event centered on different gameplay dynamics each week for the remainder of Season 6.

The popularity of DC characters seems to be on the rise. In addition to the addition of the two Teen Titans, Batman’s Zero Point story is now unfolding. Thanks to the Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point crossover strip, the Dark Knight’s “Zero” costume is now available alongside Rebirth Harley Quinn. Epic Games have recently announced the majority of the forthcoming comic-inspired cosmetics, including costumes and cosmetics for Catwoman, Deathstroke, and other characters.

While the addition of a character like Beast Boy is sure to be well-received by the vast majority of the Fortnite player base, going through the trouble of a Duos tournament to acquire him a day early may not seem like a worthwhile endeavor. Players will still join the Creative Mayhem LTM in their best time, with the deadline not until May 11 at 9 a.m. ET.
