Coinbase, the second-largest cryptocurrency exchange, is stepping up its game with some new features to satisfy the expectations of the rapidly developing market.
This will include the incorporation of user-friendly Coinbase Wallet improvements that will make it easier to handle cryptocurrency across a variety of supported networks. The wallet extension will also enable native trading on decentralized exchanges and NFT collections to be accessed straight from the browser.
NFT is on its way
Coinbase is fully prepared to capitalize on the NFT craze by introducing NFT functionality in the browser extension. It will allow users to bring their collections to the Coinbase Wallet extension, receive a quick view of their attributes, and quickly access popular marketplaces like OpenSea.

The new features are scheduled to be available in a few days on the most recent version of the browser extension, which can be downloaded via the Chrome Web Store.
A straightforward, consistent user interface
A growing number of everyday Coinbase Wallet mobile users have switched networks at least once, presumably searching for cheaper and faster options. Coinbase Wallet will now display token balances in both the mobile app and desktop browser extensions, keeping with the company’s objective to improve usability. Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Binance Smart Chain, Fantom, Optimism, Polygon, and xdai will all be supported by the wallet.
Furthermore, Native DEX trading, which has previously been offered to Wallet mobile users, will soon be available via the Wallet extension on the Web.
In November, Coinbase released a standalone browser plugin for Coinbase Wallet.
