Dell’s U3824DW, or its ultra-wide curved IPS Black liquid crystal display, is now available, as revealed by the website Guru3D.com. Read on for the news and the product’s features.

This U3824DW display from Dell features an IPS Black display panel, as you’ve learned earlier, with a WQHD+ resolution of 3840 x 1600 pixels.
The display also supports 10-bit color bit depth and covers 100 percent of the sRGB and 98 percent of the DCI-P3 color space. Its display, in particular, delivers 300 nits of typical brightness, 2000:1 static contrast ratio, 5 ms GTS response time at fast, and 8 ms GTG response time at average.
Plus, it also features impressive Dual 9W stereo speakers for an even better experience with this display.
The monitor also has five USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports. One of them supports battery charging, which is perfect for users often on the go. Moreover, there are also two USB 3.2 Gen-2 Type-C downstream ports with 15W power delivery.
Its two other USB 3.2 Gen-2 Type-C ports are upstream. But wait, there’s more. This monitor also has two HDMI 2.1 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.4 input, a 2.5 GbE LAN port with PXE boot, and a headphone jack, among others.
Furthermore, users can adjust this monitor to up to 120-millimeter height, tilt it from negative five to 21 degrees, and swivel it at positive or negative 30 degrees.
It is also designed with the Dell Display Manager software for multitasking and features ComfortView Plus, for enhanced eye comfort, among others.

Meanwhile, in other news about Dell, the company announced today that it is adding more capabilities to its customer solutions center in Limerick, Ireland, and launching a new start-up accelerator bound to support innovation in emerging technologies.
Dell does this in partnership with Vodafone and Ericsson, two of the world’s leading telecommunications companies. With this collaboration, the facility will be donned with upgrades that cover edge computing, computer vision, advanced analytics, and private wireless networking.
