Yesterday, FLOKI’s Twitter account revealed that the coin had successfully acquired an official collaboration with the Indian soccer club Kerala Blasters.
Floki Inu’s emblem and website will be featured on Kerala Blasters’ uniform sleeves in the upcoming Indian Super League season as part of the agreement. The ISL, which was founded in 2013, is India’s elite soccer league, with 11 teams competing in the 2021-2022 season. With over 130 million global fans, the league is the fifth most popular in the world.

Kerala Blasters is one of the top clubs in the category, having finished as runners-up in the championships thrice. The agreement, which takes effect immediately, will also see Floki Inu’s trademark being displayed on LED screens during home games at the team’s 41,500-seat stadium.
The partnership’s goal for memecoin is to help the cryptocurrency grow mainstream in India and tap into the region’s massive market. Because of the soccer league’s global popularity, Floki Inu will also receive more global recognition as a result of the partnership.
This isn’t the first time a sports and cryptocurrency relationship has occurred. For a long time, cryptocurrency-related businesses have been establishing sponsorship agreements with teams from all over the world.
Because sports have a wide appeal, crypto firms believe they are an excellent way of promoting to a large audience. Floki Inu’s predecessor, Dogecoin, also signed a shirt agreement with English Premier League club Watford FC earlier this year.
At the time of writing, the price of Floki Inu is hovering around $0.0002277, up 58 percent in the last twenty-four hours. The cryptocurrency has gained 217 percent in the last thirty days. Here’s a chart that displays the coin’s price trend over the previous five days:
Floki Inu, a memecoin that claims to be a Dogecoin and Shiba Inu killer, is a relatively new memecoin that has exploded in popularity in the last month. Last month, the coin launched a marketing campaign in which advertisements for it began to appear on London buses and subway stations. The government took note and has already started a crackdown.
