The Samsung Galaxy S23 is now part of the “Fortnite” metaverse, Samsung’s official press release stated.

‘Fortnite’ collaborates with Samsung

Samsung recently announced a tie-up with the popular online video game “Fortnite,” which brings its Galaxy S23 flagships into the metaverse. The company is introducing a Samsung SmartCity store within Samsung Island where gamers can interact with various devices, including the smartphones themselves. Interesting.

Players can access the name map using the code 8526-6648-9508. They can also interact with in-game devices and play Fun Game Quest, a hide-and-seek game. In each of the rounds, they must spot Samsung Galaxy S23 devices across the map and then keep them.

The marketing director at Samsung Latin America, Arthur Wong, said the communication channels in the metaverse should be updated constantly. This partnership with “Fortnite” is allowing Samsung to connect “with great speed, messages, products, and people, with a high degree of immersion.”

Furthermore, general gameplay is also being enhanced with a slight nod toward the abilities of the Samsung Galaxy S23. Users can see further with a zoom function and a Nightography button that lets players see in the dark. Plus, there is likewise a Knox button that emphasizes another dimension of the Galaxy ecosystem, Samsung’s press release added.

Other ‘Fortnite’ news

Meanwhile, in other “Fortnite” news, the game’s fourth chapter in Season 1 is about to end, and Season 2 is almost upon us. While there are a lot of new content to look forward to and several reasons to get excited, players on PC might want to ensure their rigs are updated.

Epic Games, the developer behind “Fortnite,” has warned PC players that the system requirements for the game are soon changing, requiring a beefier and newer system to play.

Windows 7 and 8, the previously supported platforms for “Fortnite,” are being retired. Players using these systems will no longer be able to play the game without a workaround. But do not worry, since that workaround is not complicated, because you can still use GeForce NOW in order to play the game on any system.

Additionally, Direct X 12 is now also a minimum requirement.
