This charming lady is a playable Cryo character responsible for the internal and external affairs of the Kamisato clan. She is also the younger sister of Ayato. Stunningly beautiful, noble, and brimming with dignity, Ayaka has likewise earned the title Shirasagi Himegimi, and a perfect role model in Inazuma.

Ascension Materials
Ascension Materials are Character Development paraphernalia used to ascend your character once they have attained their current maximum level.
To level up Ayaka from the first to the 90th level, you must take note of her six Ascension phases, each needing gemstones, Mora, and a set of rare items, as well as local specialties. One of these is the Sakura Bloom.

Notes:
Cryo gemstones may drop from a certain number of weekly and standard bosses. These include the Wolf of the North, Cryo Regisvine, Childe, and the Perpetual Mechanical Array. Meanwhile, Nobushi drops Hanguard items, with the swordsmen wandering most of Inazuma’s isles.
It is only on Narukami Island where you’ll find the Sakura Bloom. You must also stimulate them using Electro before you can gather them. The Perpetual Mechanical Array, of course, drops the Perpetual Heart.
Talent Materials
On the other hand, Talent Materials, obviously, are Materials used alongside Character and Weapon Enhancement Materials, as well as Character Level-Up items to level up your character’s Talents.
There are two major sources of Ayaka’s Talent materials: Elegance books and an item from a weekly boss fight in Liyue.

Find Elegance books from the Violet Court Domain, but they are only available every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. The Nobushi swordsmen drop Handguard items, the same as with her level-up Materials. Meanwhile, the weekly boss, Azhdaha in Liyue, drops the Bloodjade Branch.
Remember, too, that Ayaka shares several of her Materials with the Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato. If you have access to all these three characters, it is still essential to think about who benefits your team the most so you won’t need to spend so much time grinding for hundreds of similar items.
