While gaming mods are meant to enhance the experience by adding stuff the main mod-less game cannot offer, their creation has its loopholes. Because the gaming community usually creates mods, you can’t force these people just to build the good things. They have all the freedom and the creative license to devise mods according to their liking.

These are very evident in games such as “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim,” where fun has a place in their mods. Or should we say funny? Behold the most hilarious mods of “Skyrim.” Get ready to LOL.

Uncle Sheogorath’s Really Helpful Hints And Tips

If you’re going to listen to tips from a Madness Prince like Sheogorath, aren’t you going to laugh? Well, one of the tips displayed on the screen while you wait for the next game to load goes like this: “The neck bone’s connected to the thigh bone. The thigh bone’s connected to the knuckle bone.” Now it’s up to you to really decide if those tips are really helpful or not.

Bear Musician

To see a bear playing a musical instrument could be funny, but only if it’s Disney’s Pooh doing it. In “Skyrim,” you get this picture. It’s a gloomy-looking bear playing the instrument. Funny or scary? More so, this bear attacks NPCs by swinging its musical instrument. That’s creepy. But for others, it’s one of the most hilarious things they’ve encountered in a modded game.

Super Skyrim Bros.

Seeing elements from “Super Mario Bros.” in “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” is the weirdest ever. But those who want the fun side of defeating enemies go about downloading this mod.

Here, Bowser has captured Princess Toadstool. So, players must embark on an all-new adventure across the Mushroom Kingdom to save her from Bowser’s evil clutches. The map that the mod’s creator made is a marriage between “Skyrim” and Nintendo.

Clumsykiin – A Ragdoll Mod

This ragdoll playing around in a modded “Skyrim” game could provide countless hours of pure fun. Basically, this mod allows your player to fall in various ways.

The mod adds a spell tome called “The Dexterous and You.” Once you consume it, the tome endows you with the lesser power known as “Clumsiness.” Every time you use this power, your character will swing like a ragdoll. It’s a great way to laugh with friends over “Skyrim.”

Posh Mudcrabs

Crabs weren’t funny until they became part of “Spongebob Squarepants.” In “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim,” you’ll see comic crabs, too, but in the form of posh mud crabs. Mind you, some find the humor in seeing these crabs in the game so sophisticated. Basically, enabling this mod replaces all mud crabs in-game with those wearing a top hat and monocle. That’s posh and will remind you of the Monopoly brand’s mascot. Unforgettable, isn’t it?

Dwemer Skyship Fully Flyable

This mod takes the Flying Dutchman literally, except that it may not be the Dutchman but a ship that soars high in the air. That’s right. What’s more, upon enabling this mod, this ship is not display-only. You can take the helm and steer it to, take note, a destination of your choice. This mod will never take you seriously.

Mysterious Coffee Cup (Game Of Thrones)

When something’s useless, it can be funny. Sort of. This Mysterious Coffee Cup mod is touted as the most useless in “Skyrim.” Maybe its creator made this because they love coffee so much. But it has its purpose.

The goal of this mysterious cup of coffee is to reenact what happened in one of the episodes of “Game of Thrones.” For those of you who don’t know, during the fourth episode of the show’s final season, a cup from the modern world did a cameo, making it appear that there’s a character from today who traveled back in time to the world of “GoT” and could just be hiding somewhere.

Scream Of Wilhelm

If you’re familiar with how Wazers can customize the voice-over of the app to sound like a celebrity or even Colonel Sanders, you can get the picture of what Scream of Wilhelm is all about. The Scream of Wilhelm is an overused track in many action movies, a scream when things get a bit out of control.

Thanks to this mod, you can enjoy listening to this type of scream each time an enemy is slayed in the game. Yes, it is annoying, but that’s the point of it being fun, right?

ProjectMLG

ProjectMLG is more than it meets the eye. It’s a box of chocolates. With this mod, sad music will play upon your character’s death, but wait ‘til you hear the fun part. The music that could play may be Jason Derulo’s “Whatcha Say.” Yes, seriously. This mod highlights so many memes and references that it’s quite a loss if you don’t try it.

Swearing Mudcrabs

We’re telling you crabs have become funny ever since “Spongebob Squarepants.” Aside from that mod that changes their appearance, this mod, meanwhile, changes their sound. Here, these crabs are swearing! Yup. So don’t be surprised if you hear profanities as you traverse the game’s swamplands. At least you’ve got the tip. They’re from mud crabs in “Skyrim.”

Brhuce Hammar – Legacy

This mod is ambitious and quite a legacy. The addition of Brhuce includes in the package several unique areas, five new quests, and of course, someone who is the perfect companion, at least if you ask us.

Do you know why? Well, walking around with him takes you to the most hilarious places, such as a mountain made entirely out of sweet rolls. Again, we’re serious. Add to that is a mechanical horse. This mod’s weird and downright funny.

The next time “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” feels unnervingly serious for you, take the road less traveled and enable these funny mods. For sure, you will never regret it. Play “Skyrim” and laugh out loud.
