This July 11th to 12th, Amazon, one of the biggest online shopping platforms in the world, is conducting its Prime Day sale. Prime Day is Amazon’s annual deal event exclusively for its Prime members. This sale event features personalized deals and top brands. It started in 2015 to celebrate Amazon’s birthday with Prime members.

HP is among the participating brands in the sale. News outlets reported that the HP Spectre x360 16 laptop is now on early sale for Prime Day. There are two versions. One is with a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700H and Intel Iris Xe graphics, now at $650 off or for just $1,050. Computers powered with Intel’s 13th Gen CPUs allow you to own a laptop with the latest and greatest internals, and since they are on sale, you get them at a fraction of the cost.

Or, if you wish to upgrade a bit, you can buy the Spectre x360 16 equipped with an Intel Core i7 and Intel Arc A370M graphics. This version costs $1,600 or slashes $530 off the original price tag.

Right, before you decide to buy the laptop you want, you will need to get to know its features. Well, the HP Spectre x360 16 is a very sleek laptop capable of being flipped around in various modes, such as tent, tablet, and display modes. Of course, you can still use it in the traditional clamshell mode.

The cheaper option with an Intel Core i7-13700H and Intel Iris Xe graphics features a 16-inch 3K+ display at 3072 x 1920, as the laptop’s name suggests. Meanwhile, the second version with Intel Arc A370M graphics has a 16-inch UHD+ screen at 3840 x 2400.

However, if you want this laptop with a better screen, it is also available with a 3.8K OLED display, and it is also on sale. It slashes the price by $650, so that means you can get this version of the laptop with an OLED display for $1,200.

Aside from this laptop on sale this Prime Day, there’s another HP laptop on sale, this time at Walmart, which you can get for only $179. You read that right, $179!

HP Stream has a 14-inch screen running at 1366 x 768 resolution, and though it is not the best out there, its pixel density is higher, so this will still serve you well. It also features 220nits of peak brightness, making it ideal for indoor use. However, this peak brightness is not suitable if you intend to use the laptop under the sun outdoors.

Plus, it is also very lightweight at just 3.2 pounds, making it portable and easy to carry around. As for the battery life, you get about eight hours.

This HP Stream laptop also has an Intel Celeron N4020 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64 GB of storage. Not the best, but if you just need a laptop for basic tasks and entertainment, you can rely on this. Finally, it runs Windows 11 in S mode so that it won’t eat up all your RAM. You can expand its storage to 64GB by buying an external hard drive for this laptop.
