Why? Kubota has created new art and sketches of Gohan Beast, Orange Piccolo, and so much more, and shared in over on Twitter.

The tweet that contains the sketch currently has almost 700 retweets and over 6,000 likes. The community is liking it too.

Plot details about this last run have not yet been revealed until viewers see it, so no spoilers ahead. ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ Partners With Loungefly In Products That Show The Anime’s Most Iconic Moments

Avid viewers of the popular anime series “Jujutsu Kaisen” and the rest of the world can now bear witness to the iconic moment of the show’s Yuji Itadori eating Sukuna’s fingers with the anime’s latest collaboration with pop culture brand Loungefly. The merchandise is launching this March.

Through this new collaboration with “Jujutsu Kaisen,” the brand will offer fans a mini backpack and wallet, so they can further tote their love for the series.

On the backpack’s front zipper pocket, Yuji is shown consuming a curse by eating one of Sukuna’s fingers. Then, there’s magic here. Place the bag in the light to see him take on Sukuna’s form. 

Enamel zipper charms of Sukuna’s finger and Yuji’s hand complete the entire scene while the anime’s title appears embroidered above. “Jujutsu Kaisen’s” title appears in a debossed allover print that covers the bag’s front and sides, and appears in a larger display on the back.

This Loungefly JUJUTSU KAISEN Becoming Sukuna Mini Backpack is crafted with vegan leather, particularly polyurethane. The bag has adjustable shoulder straps and a sturdy metal hardware. It has dimensions of nine inches wide by 10.5 inches high and has a depth of 4.5 inches.

Wallet

The wallet continues the scene with its design featuring an aerial view of the room, filled with talismans, where Gojo informs Yuji what he must do as a vessel for Sukuna. Just like the “Jujutsu Kaisen” backpack, the wallet comprises sturdy metal hardware and a crisscrossing pattern of the Japanese and English titles. It is six inches wide and four inches tall.

The long wait is over. The Pokémon Company has finally revealed the freshest and the most exciting details on its hotly anticipated product, Pokémon Sleep. You remember it was announced back in 2019, but with very few details. Yesterday, during a livestream, the company revealed a bunch of trailers that show off the actual experience with the app. 

How Pokémon Sleep works

Well, essentially, the app is a sleep tracker, where the user interacts with the Pokémon in the app by, what else? Sleeping. Depending on how you snooze, you will attract various kinds of creatures. Sleep is divided into three types: dozing, snoozing, and slumbering. 

“Do you find yourself struggling to get energized in the morning? Has the same old bedtime routine grown tiresome? Now, you can turn your sleep into entertainment with Pokémon Sleep! Playing this game is simple: place your smartphone by your pillow, then go to sleep. Just like that, waking up in the morning becomes something to look forward to!” the app said on its official website. “Your adventure takes place on a small island where you’ll carry out research on how Pokémon sleep. You’ll work with large Snorlax who lives on the island and Neroli, a professor who’s studying Pokémon sleep styles.”

Pokémon GO Plus +

Aside from the app, a new device was also revealed: Pokémon GO Plus + (take note, you got two pluses right there, so you know there’s something in it). This is a new version of the Pokémon GO companion device that works as a sleep tracker for your Pokémon Sleep and as a tool for Pokémon GO, though it appears it is not needed for playing Sleep, which only requires a smartphone. 

The official website stated, “Researching Pokémon sleep styles is even easier when you use Pokémon GO Plus +, which allows you to keep track of your sleep with the press of a button. Pokémon GO Plus + uses Bluetooth Low Energy technology to link with Pokémon Sleep. When it’s time for bed, just hold the device’s central button, place it by your pillow, and then go to sleep. Not only will Pokémon GO Plus + help measure your sleep data, but Pikachu’s familiar voice can give you cute prompts when it’s time to wake up or go to sleep.”

Pokémon Sleep is slated to launch worldwide, excluding certain regions, this summer, while Pokémon GO Plus + releases this July 14th. No specific release date has been revealed for Pokémon Sleep.

English Dub Of ‘Digimon Adventure’ Premieres This Spring

If you are an avid “Digimon” anime fan but you are outside Japan and do not understand Japanese too much, you will love this news. It has been reported that “Digimon Adventure” will have an English dub and is set to premiere this spring.

‘Digimon Adventure’ English dub premiers this spring

During the Digimon Fan Meetup event that happened in Los Angeles a few days ago, it was announced that the English dub for “Digimon Adventure” will premiere this spring. And as previously announced, the dub will star Zeno Robinson, voicing Taichi, and Ben Diskin, voicing Agumon.

“Digimon Adventure” was released in Japan last April 2020 and aired for 67 episodes. Crunchyroll also streamed this anime and aired it in Japan as well. 

The anime takes place in 2020 and features a new story that centers upon Taichi Yagami when he is in his fifth year in elementary school, together with this Digimon partner Agumon. The story begins in Tokyo, the Japanese capital when a large-scale network malfunction occurs. The main character, Taichi, is preparing for his weekend summer camping trip when this incident happens. His mother and younger sister Hikari get stuck on a train that will not stop moving. So, Taichi heads over to Shibuya to help them. However, on his way to the place, he encounters a strange phenomenon that sweeps him into the Digital World with the other DigiDestined. 

Masato Mitsuka, who also was the episode director for “Digimon Fusion,” served as the director of “Digimon Adventure” at Toei Animation. Meanwhile, Atsuhiro Tomioka, who has also worked with “Inazuma Eleven,” “One Piece,” “Pokémon,” and “Beyblade Burst,” among many others, supervised the scripts, with Akihito Asanuma, who also previously worked on “Digimon: Data Squad,” stood as the chief animation director. 

The art director was Ryouka Kinoshita, who worked with “Little Witch Academia” and “Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!,” while the person in charge of the art setting was Toshiki Amada, who also worked with “Fire Force” and “Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!” Producing “Digimon Adventure” were Hanae Matsuki, Naoko Sagawa, and Hiroyuki Sakurada.

Announced during a ‘Digimon’ event in Los Angeles

The news about the English dub for “Digimon Adventure” was announced during the “Digimon” fan event hosted by Bandai Namco at the Los Angeles Convention Center that happened from February 23rd to February 26th.

It had an exhibition that celebrated the 25-year legacy of the anime from its beginnings as a virtual pet toy and provided fans with updates on the franchise today. 

This fan event also featured a small art exhibit of more than 140 artworks split into four sections. These are “The Birth and Rise of Digimon,” “The World of Digimon,” “The 25th Anniversary Commemoration Corner,” and the new “Digimon Seekers” project. 

Other activities included a “Digimon World: Next Order” game demo, a limited section dedicated to the popular anime series, a merchandise booth, and the Digimon Card Game 2022 finals.

The Digimon Museum section of the event displayed artwork from the same event held in Japan last 2022. 

Many fans lined up to have cards and memorabilia signed by Kenji Watanabe, WiZ chief designer, and Fumiya Kobayashi, Plex chief designer. Watanabe also candidly shared how he hopes to grab some Shohei Ohtani merchandise while he is in town.

“NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS,” the trending and upcoming game inspired by the hit anime, is coming to you soon. It was one of the games announced during Sony’s February 2023 State of Play.

But there are more reasons to get excited about this game. It has also been revealed that “NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS,” as the title implies, is set to feature the original Boruto story.

The Naruto Ultimate Ninja game series took inspiration from the many ninjas from the mind of “Naruto” creator Masashi Kishimoto and brought them into the games, letting gamers pit them against each other in a fighting game series that will continue later this year with “NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS.”

This game is slated to be the next colossal entry in the series, get this, offering players more than 140 characters they can choose from. 

But it is not only offering this vast number of ninjas, old and new but also will feature a new story in the life of Boruto Uzumaki, the son of Naruto. You read that right. 

The earlier “Naruto” games introduced fans to Naruto Uzumaki and the other ninjas of the Hidden Leaf Village. Since that time, the Ultimate Ninja series has been arguably the biggest video game line under the Shonen franchise’s umbrella, with Naruto appearing countless times over the years. 

This time, the spotlight will be placed upon his son, Boruto Uzumaki, particularly the original Boruto story.

This news was first revealed in the game description on Best Buy. The description also hinted at other originals that the game is looking to offer the players and fans of the famous ninja Shonen series.   

The description read, “For the first time in one game, relive selected scenes from Naruto’s childhood until his final battle with Sasuke through anime scenes and in-game battles. Players of past Ultimate Ninja Storm games can see it all with updated graphics. Plus, experience a new Boruto story exclusive to the game.”

Late last week, “NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS” was announced during Sony’s February 2023 State of Play. It said the game would collect the Ultimate Ninja Storm series and weave them into one story. 

Aside from this, fans also saw the gameplay of the battle between Naruto and Sasuke, as well as other characters from across the series.

“‘NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS’ is a unique game experience that combines key gameplay moments from the series that highlight select scenes from across Naruto and Sasuke’s deeply emotional story arcs. The experience immerses both new and long-time fans in an exciting NARUTO action game, where they can relive some of the most important and beloved storylines from the series’ history. In addition to this, an original story will also be available in the game,” said in the official website of the game.

Moreover, the website also said the game features the most extensive roster in a NARUTO game, with playable characters from across the series, including fan favorites Ashura and Indra Otsutsuki. Meanwhile, for Twitter netizen @Ultra_Mash, they said Deku is “really the Spider-Man of anime,” even sharing a clip that shows Deku in the scenes that remind them of him being Spider-Man.

Not the first time Deku was compared to Spider-Man

Apparently, this is not the first time “My Hero Academia’s” Deku was compared with Marvel’s Spider-Man. 

Last December, a modder with the username AngelModz posted a custom creation for the “Spider-Man Remastered” game on Reddit, showing the famous web-slinger if merged with Deku. The modder called their creation “Spider Deku” and plans to release more variants in the future. 

The official design shows Spider Deku in action. The costume is a superb hybrid between the two iconic characters, keeping Spider-Man’s iconic mask and chest design intact while taking costume elements from Deku. 

“It looks extremely cohesive, and honestly if one had never heard of ‘My Hero Academia’ or Deku, it could easily pass for another official variant of Spider-Man,” commented Daniel Morris of Game Rant.
