Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles, an upcoming anime tie-in game, has released a new video that shows off its single-player Adventure Mode in addition to the previously disclosed Versus Mode. Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles will allow fans to relive the events of the first season of the anime as well as the movie Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train.
The teaser rushes over numerous classic scenes from the anime, including Tanjiro’s battle with the legendary strong spider demon Rui and Zenitsu’s combat with another spider demon. Fans of the series will recognize several of the characters in the clip, including Nezuko and Shinobu. Inosuke, a fan favorite from Demon Slayer, made a few cameos as well.
Fans of the series rejoiced at the prospect of the game covering the anime’s plot through the Mugen Train arc, which was the topic of the series’ film. The teaser concludes with Rengoku, the flaming swordmaster, facing a battle against the mighty demon Akaza, a confrontation that many spectators regarded as a highlight of the film.

Some fans thought that Akaza would be the adventure mode’s last boss, while others hoped that DLC would be released to add further battles. The Demon Slayer manga is already complete, and some fans were eager to move on from the current anime’s events.
In the comments, the majority of fans raved over the game’s graphics, with some even claiming that it looks precisely like the anime it’s based on. “It’s nearly exactly like the anime, only you play it,” one commenter said.
Others were ecstatic that The Hinokami Chronicles would conclude with the Mugen Train arc. There were almost no negative remarks regarding the promised Adventure MOde, indicating that players were eager to try out Demon Slayer’s strong breathing methods for the first time.
The mode appears to be a small variation on the previously displayed Versus Mode, placing players in charge of Demon Slayer protagonist Tanjiro as he seeks vengeance for his family while protecting his sister.
Players will be able to play as other slayers in some of their memorable confrontations, according to the conclusion of the clip with Rengoku. While certain details about the Adventure Mode are still unknown, the teaser generated a lot of buzz, and fans were eager to express their appreciation.
