New Leak Suggests Will Smith and Morty Skins Will Be Coming To Fortnite

With Morty from Rick & Morty and actor Will Smith, Fortnite appears to be on the verge of adding two more skins from iconic properties. The two skins were leaked online with images and videos from reliable sources, giving them a lot of legitimacy. However, there’s still a chance they are fake, and there’s no clear indication of when the skins will be released in Fortnite, so take it with a grain of salt for the time being.

Wonder Woman was just introduced to Fortnite, completing DC’s trinity of characters in the game. Wonder Woman is just one of the numerous well-known characters that have joined the game in recent years. Epic Games has managed to establish its own universe within the shooter, allowing competing IPs to interact with one another. Marvel, DC, Xbox, and PlayStation characters appear in the wildly popular battle royale, and that universe is set to expand even more.

According to Fortnite source HYPEX, Rick & Morty’s Morty and Will Smith (apparently in his Bad Boys costume) will appear in the game. There aren’t any apparent reasons for Will Smith to join the game, as it isn’t a landmark year for the Bad Boys series, and he doesn’t have any major projects coming up in the near future. With Rick already in the game, a Rick & Morty Fortnite crossover has been in the works for a long, so it’s only natural that Morty would be included now.

Fortnite’s amazing cast of characters is still growing, and as the game’s popularity grows, so will its cultural importance. There are still a lot of characters who haven’t been introduced to Fortnite, and given the rate at which Epic Games has been releasing skins, it doesn’t look like that will change anytime soon.

Epic Games has yet to confirm the legitimacy of these skins, but if gamers are discovering them now, it’s probable that they’ll be released sooner rather than later. Given that Wonder Woman, Superman, and Gamora have all recently joined Fortnite, it’s plausible that these skins may be released later this month if they’re genuine. It’s unclear whether they’ll be connected to any major events or whether they’ll just be introduced to the in-game store. In any case, it’s apparent that Fortnite is garnering a lot of attention right now.
