Where To Catch Charcadet
The spawning locations of this creature are in the South, West, and East Paldea provinces. To get to these places more quickly, you should head to the East of Mesagoza in the southern provinces or Area Three.
Since several Pokémon Trainers are lurking around the area, the best advice right now is first to heal up before you approach and catch Charcadet. While it is known for its fiery powers, it is not relatively potent when compared to other pocket monsters, though beware of its Fire Spin, as it can keep you in such a vicious cycle of getting burnt.
Charcadets are rare, so be sure to whittle their HP down first, but do it slowly, or else they will faint. Yes, they will faint. The ideal strategy is to utilize moves that paralyze or put them to sleep.

How To Evolve Into Ceruledge Or Armarouge
Charcadet’s evolved forms are Armarouge or Ceruledge, depending on the game you have. In Scarlet, it becomes Armarouge, a Fire- and Psychic-type Pokémon. In Violet, it evolves to Ceruledge, a Fire- and Ghost-type Pokémon.
Armarouge is a bipedal Pokémon whose design can pass off either somebody attending the Paris Fashion Week. This humanoid creature has a black body with red shades on its cylindrical legs and hands. It’s red-headed, literally a redhead, not “red-haired,” with sharp, yellow “ears” protruding from each side. It’s got a yellow-colored top portion of its head with a fire burning, signifying the brush or plume on a knight’s helmet, somehow. Its face is covered with a black mask. Its eyes feature red irises and wisps emanating from its yellow pupils. Kind of weird-looking. Its torso is covered in yellow and red armor, alongside its big yellow pauldrons over its shoulders.
Meanwhile, Ceruledge is undoubtedly not a spin-off or counterpart of Armarouge as it looks completely different. If Armarouge symbolizes the classic fire, red and yellow, Ceruledge signifies a blue-colored fire, like what you see on your stove.
This merciless Pokémon is also bipedal, sporting a black-colored body, though some areas are dark blue. A blue and purple fire is burning from the back of its head, also resembling a knight helmet’s plume. It’s got a pair of purple-cyan blades as its arms, shaped like the limbs of the Wind Card in the “Cardcaptor Sakura” anime.
Evolving Charcadet to these forms is different. It won’t simply evolve by just leveling up. You must seek an item known as Auspicious/Malicious Armor to evolve it to either Ceruledge or Armarouge.
