Let’s start the new month right with this new guide on “Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.” Just like “Disney Dreamlight Valley,” this Game Freak video game can offer various kinds of good food to keep your Pokémons happy. One of the most delicious snacks in the game is the Sandwich.
In “Pokémon Scarlet and Violet,” Sandwiches can significantly restore Hit Points, Power Points, and status conditions. However, before your Pokémon can enjoy their favorite Sandwich, you first have to make it using the right ingredients.
Right here, we’re going to tell you that this game’s list of Sandwich ingredients is quite massive. But don’t be surprised and overwhelmed, as we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
First, How To Unlock Sandwich Recipes
Before you can get those tasty Sandwiches, you must first unlock the Picnic feature prior to you leaving Mesagoza, the biggest city in Paldea. However, know that there won’t be many ingredients for Sandwich Recipes in the beginning. As a matter of fact, especially if you fall under the Rookie Trainer category, you’d want to stick to the Recipes because you just have limited ingredients in the meantime.
To get new Recipes, the only way is to head to an Every Which Way store and speak to the man by the counter. He will tell you Recipes you can make with the player character.
To unlock more Recipes, you must first collect Gym Badges. Every time you beat a Gym Leader, make it your habit to visit Every Which Way to see if there’s a new Recipe for you.
There’s another way to get Sandwich Recipes, though, and that’s to go back to the player character’s house and talk to their mom. She’ll hand you the Veggie Sandwich Recipe, provided you’ve progressed in your “Pokémon Scarlet and Violet” campaign.
But the Veggie Sandwich Recipe may not always be likable to you. So, here’s the list of every ingredient for your Sandwich side-by-side with the Pokémon type they are intended for.

Where To Get Those Ingredients
There are four markets in Paldea where you can get those ingredients.
1. Deli Cioso
You’re reading it right. Deli Cioso is the Walmart of “Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.” It is a grocery store chain in Paldea where you can find items to make your Sandwiches. The branches are Artazon, Cascarrafa, Cortondo, Levincia, Medali, Mesagoza, Montenevera, and Porta Marinada. All branches stock the same items.
2. Sure Cans
Sure Cans is another shop where you can find the ingredients for your Sandwiches. It is one of the very first stores you will come across in the game, and it is a fantastic place to stock up on the Sandwich basics.
3. Artisan Bakery
Can you find Sandwich ingredients in a bakery? Of course. It is a bakery. It is also a grocery store chain in Paldea, and branches are found in most towns.
4. Aquiesta Supermarket
If, by any chance, you cannot visit Deli Cioso, Sure Cans and Artisan Bakery, or cannot find what you’re looking for in those stores, head to Aquiesta Supermarket. However, this store can only be found in Levincia. But, it sells unique products you can’t get elsewhere, though they won’t unlock until you’ve collected a particular number of Gym Badges. Also, Aquiesta Supermarket is only accessible later in the game, unfortunately.
Those are everything you need to know about the Sandwich ingredients in “Pokémon Scarlet and Violet” and where to shop for them. This guide should help you craft the best Sandwiches to boost HP, PP, and status conditions.
