Samsung is launching a new series of phones soon, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series. The company is opening pre-orders for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra in South Korea tomorrow, February 7th.
The new smartphones will begin shipping to buyers as it officially launches this February 17th. All three Galaxy S23 series devices will be shoppable in four color options: Green, Cream, Lavender, and Phantom Black.
As for the prices, the Samsung Galaxy S23 is at around $927 for the 256GB version and around $1,024 for the 512GB version.
For the Samsung Galaxy S23+, Samsung is pricing it at around $1,086 for the 256GB version and around $1,183 for the 512GB version.
Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra costs around $1,284 for the 256GB version and around $1,381 for the 512GB version. Galaxy S23 Ultra’s 1TB version will also be available, but only exclusively via Samsung.com. It is priced at around $1,575.
Samsung is also offering its Galaxy S23 Ultra in four various colors, namely, Graphite, Red, Lime, and Sky Blue, yet only available through Samsung.com.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ can be purchased in Lime and Graphic colors exclusively through the online store of Samsung.
Customers who pre-order the Galaxy S23, S23+, or S23 Ultra in South Korea can get their hands on their new purchase on February 14th.
Also, buyers who pre-order the 256GB Galaxy S23 will receive the 512GB version at no additional cost.
Additionally, Samsung is also bundling the SmartThings Station or the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro (with a free case) as a pre-order perk for free.
Then, buyers who pre-order Galaxy S23 Ultra’s 1TB version can get the Galaxy Watch 5 44mm for free.
These Galaxy S23 series phones can be pre-ordered in South Korea through Samsung.com, 11th Street, Samsung Digital Plaza, Coupang, or carrier stores.
Beginning February 7th at midnight, the Galaxy S23 will be available for pre-order through the Samsung Live event on Samsung.com, CJ OnStyle, 11th Street, and G Market.
The tech giant also announced trade-in perks of around $119 for those who will be trading in their Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy Note 10, or Galaxy Note 20 series smartphones to purchase the Galaxy S23 series. This trade-in benefit will be active for seven weeks.
Also, Samsung has set up special Galaxy Studio areas at Samsung Digital Plaza Gangnam Main Store, Busan Main Store, and Lotte Hi-Mart World Tower Store, where you can experience the Galaxy S23 series by playing games like “Genshin Impact” and using Galaxy ecosystem features.
The new Samsung S23 series sports an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy chipset that Qualcomm specifically made for Samsung with exclusive real-time Semantic Segmentation for the selfie camera for the first time on a phone.
Plus, there’s also a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL sensor on the S23 Ultra camera kit, brighter screens, and larger batteries.
