The games on PlayStation Plus Essential games for February 2023 have finally leaked ahead of the official announcement. And they look credible.
Dealabs user @billbil_kun, who has also been accurately leaking the PlayStation Plus games line-ups almost every month since September 2021, has posted on Twitter what they claim to be the new titles coming to the service next month.
According to them, the PlayStation Plus games coming to you this February are:
- ‘OlliOlli World’
- ‘Mafia: Definitive Edition’
- ‘Destiny 2: Beyond Light’
- ‘Evil Dead’
‘OlliOlli World’
Bursting with so much personality, “OlliOlli World” is a bold new skateboarding action-platformer where players can flip and flow through the vivid and vibrant world of Radlandia, and meet colorful characters as they grind, trick and air their way to discover the mystical skate gods on their quest for Gnarvana.
Traverse a delightful yet odd world as you take on missions and challenges, and make new friends along the way. ‘Mafia: Definitive Edition’
Re-made from the ground up, this game allows players to rise through the ranks of the Mafia during the Prohibition era of organized crime. It tells the story of cab driver Tommy Angelo, who is thrust into a deadly underworld after a run-in with the mob. Initially uneasy about falling in with the Salieri crime family, he soon finds the rewards are too enormous to ignore.
In the game, you can live the life of a gangster during the Prohibition era amid a recreated 1930s cityscape filled with interwar architecture, cars and culture and rise through the ranks of the Mafia.
Intricately recreated with its expanded story, original score, and gameplay, this is the Mafia game that you will surely love.
‘Destiny 2: Beyond Light’
Meanwhile, “Destiny 2: Beyond Light” is a significant expansion for “Destiny 2.” It is a first-person shooter video game developed by Bungie.
In the game, players get to travel to Jupiter’s icy moon Europa to face the Fallen Kell Eramis, who attempts to utilize the power of the Darkness to save her people and avenge the Traveler back on Earth, as she and several of the Fallen believe that the Traveler had abandoned them before the Golden Age of humanity.
‘Evil Dead’
“Evil Dead” is a survival horror game based on the “Evil Dead” franchise. It comes from the development and publishing of Saber Interactive. The game features co-operative gameplay and player-versus-player or PvP combat.
The game also features a level-up system and skill tree mechanics. There are also multiple maps, as the players play along, including the cabin in the woods from the “Evil Dead” movie series, plus more than 25 weapons, including Ash’s chainsaw and boomstick.
Players can redeem these games from February 7th to March 6th.
PlayStation Plus Essential is basically a rebranding of what you know as PlayStation Plus today and simply bears a new name. This tier provides players with one PlayStation 5 game and two PlayStation 4 games monthly as part of the membership. Gamers can also access online multiplayer, cloud storage, and exclusive discounts.
