If you have Netflix and are looking for the best shows on the platform this month, you are in for a special treat. March is an incredible month on Netflix as the streaming platform is premiering various beautiful shows. Take a look.
‘You’ Season 4, Part 2 – March 9th
If you love to put chills down your spine, this show is for you. “You” is a psychological thriller based on the books by Caroline Kepnes, developed by Sera Gamble and Greg Berlanti. The show is produced by Berlanti Productions, A+E Studios, and Alloy Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television, now Warner Bros. Television.
The second part of the fourth season has the identity of the Eat The Rich Killer revealed. Also, a famous author, Rhys Montrose, admits his crimes to Joe Goldberg and presents him with two options. Joe can join him and take down everybody else, or Montrose will reveal Goldberg’s true identity and pin the murders on him.
‘Shadow and Bone’ Season 2 – March 16th
The long wait is over, at last. The highly anticipated second season of the hit fantasy series “Shadow and Bone” is finally coming to you this March 16th. “Shadow and Bone” is developed by Eric Heisserer for Netflix. The show is based on two series of books in the Grishaverse by Leigh Bardugo, the “Shadow and Bone” trilogy, and the “Six of Crows” duology.
In this second season (spoilers alert), Alina and Mal try to live a normal life together in Novyi Zem. Still, Alina must hide her identity and cannot use her sun-summoning powers, which becomes highly stifling. Meanwhile, the Darkling emerges from the Shadow Fold and is more powerful than ever.
‘Sky High: The Series’ – March 17th
Apparently, this is not what you think it is. It is not related to Disney family-superhero movie “Sky High” but a sequel to the 2020 Spanish crime thriller of the same title.
The show tells the story of a newly widowed single mom who joins her later husband’s gang of smash-and-grab thieves to remain independent of her dad, a stolen goods trafficker. Interesting, right?
‘Agent Elvis’ – March 17th
Next on the list of the best shows premiering on Netflix this month is “Agent Elvis,” coming to you this March 17th. It is an adult animated comedy and features Matthew McConaughey in his first-ever animated series. Here, Elvis trades his jumpsuit for a jetpack when he enlists in a secret spy program to stop villains from destroying the planet.
‘Waco: American Apocalypse’ – March 22nd
On the other hand, if you want “more serious” shows, you should watch “Waco: American Apocalypse,” releasing this March 22nd. It is a docuseries that includes never-before-seen material from the infamous 51-day standoff involving federal agents and a heavily armed religious group in 1993.
‘Unstable’ – March 30th
Are you looking for a good laugh? “Unstable” is the show for you. Co-created by the Lowes together with comedy veteran Victor Fresco, the man behind “Santa Clarita Diet” and “Better Off Ted,” “Unstable” follows successful biotech businessman Ellis Dragon as he struggles to regain his footing after the passing away of his wife. His son Jackson returns home to help save the family business from the impending disaster as Ellis’ employees continue to work on their potentially world-changing technology.
