As you may or may not know, the Epic Games Store has been offering games for free on a weekly basis for a while now. Epic Games’ digital storefront has been growing, competing against Valve’s Steam, and these weekly offers are only helping it increase its numbers.
Now, Epic Games has revealed the two upcoming games that will be free to download on its online store beginning this November 19. As usual, downloading these free offers means that you will be able to access and play them at any time, as they are permanent downloads and not just free trials.
In other words, it works the same way as buying the game but the only difference is that you won’t have to spend a single cent on it. If you’re skeptical about the free game on offer, it’s still worth downloading and adding it to your library because there won’t be any negative consequences. Who knows, you might even end up liking it once you actually try it out.
The two games in question are The World Next Door and Elite Dangerous, which recently had free content released for the game. Interested players will be able to download these two games from November 19 at 11:00 EST through November 26 at 11:00 EST.

Albeit two completely different games, both still provide players with enjoyable gameplay and unique fun. First up is Elite Dangerous, a flight simulator that takes you on a journey through space.
The multiplayer space experience was initially released in 2014, but developer Frontier Developments still continues to support and update the game. As a matter of fact, Elite Dangerous’s Odyssey expansion was the most recent one.
In this game, you play as a pilot who gets to explore an open-world space environment. There is a variety of spaceships you can choose from in Elite Dangerous, which you will be using in order to traverse the galaxy. In addition to that, these spacecrafts all have their own abilities and features.
Those who decide to grab a copy of Elite Dangerous will definitely enjoy so much content that’s worth many years.

On the other hand, The World Next Door is an indie action-adventure that was released in 2019. Developed by Rose City Games, The World Next Door has uniquely mixed together puzzle-solving mechanics with visual novel-esque storytelling.
In this game, you will be following the journey of Jun, a teenage girl who was able to go to a parallel world called Emrys because she was able to win a lottery ticket. Now, it appears that Jun is trapped in this world full of magical creatures, and she needs to find a way home before it’s too late.
Despite coming from different genres, Elite Dangerous and The World Next Door are two titles that will take you on a journey outside of our very own planet.
That being said, we hope that Epic Games won’t be delaying the free release of these two titles once November 19 arrives, as last month’s free games were pushed back a little bit. In any case, Epic Games Store will give interested players a pretty long time period of one week, so players can download the games within that time.
