After a decade filled with countless epic moments, finally, the “Attack on Titan” anime is drawing to a conclusion. The destinies of Eren Yeager, the Survey Corps, and the entire human race will be decided upon when the anime airs the “fourth part” of its final season this fall.

As a matter of fact, a brand-new trailer for “Attack on Titan: The Final Season (Part 4)” dropped last week, was shared by various YouTube accounts, and also posted on the anime’s official Twitter page.

Well, last Sunday, for the first time, this trailer was also revealed to anime fans in the Western hemisphere during Anime EXPO in the MAPPA x Crunchyroll panel. And there’s a lot to be excited about after we watched the trailer ourselves.

“Attack on Titan” is an in-demand anime set in a world where humans are forced to reside in cities surrounded by three massive walls that actually protect them from the destructive, gigantic, and man-eating humanoids known as Titans. The story follows the hero, Eren Yeager, who vows to defeat the Titans, especially after they destroy his hometown and kill his mother.

Meanwhile, in its fourth and final season, “Attack on Titan” introduces Gabi Braun and Falco Grice, who are young Eldian Warrior candidates aiming to inherit Reiner’s Armored Titan four years after the aborted mission to reclaim the Founding Titan.

Yes, it may be the fourth and final season, but we are now approaching its fourth part (what a long series, right?), so what about the plot of this particular part?

Well, nothing is quite official yet about its plot. We can only refer to the transcript of the trailer that just dropped, which reads, “I was racing Eren and Mikasa… racing to the tree on the hill. I felt so good just running. In that moment, this thought just entered my head that maybe I had been born to race Mikasa and Eren on this hill. I’ll see you again, Eren.”

“Attack on Titan: The Final Season (Part 4)” airs its pilot episode this fall, 2023, according to recent updates about it. So, if we do the research, it will be between September 1st to November 30th.

Moreover, it is interesting to note that this is not really even the fourth part, well, technically speaking. Rather, it is the second part of the third part of the fourth season since the last part of that season was divided in half itself, just like how the last installment of the famous “Harry Potter” series was split into two parts in its movie adaptation.

Directing the anime Yuichiro Hayashi, with series composition by Hiroshi Seko and character design by Tomohiro Kishi, along with many other production staff.

“Attack on Titan” is based on a manga series from Hajime Isayama. The manga was serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine from 2009 to 2021.

So those are basically it about “Attack on Titan: The Final Season (Part 4).” Now, let’s head to the popularly asked questions about the anime.
