There’s this adage saying that behind every great man is a woman, may that woman be his wife, girlfriend, sister, cousin, or mother. You have seen this saying come alive in “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law,” which highlights not Hulk as the main character but his cousin, Jennifer Walters, the She-Hulk herself.

There are a lot of interesting characters in this miniseries. You’ve got Walter’s best buddy – Nikki Ramos – social media influencer Titania, and Abomination, among others. Then, there’s the son of Hulk, Skaar, who debuted in this show. Let’s get to know Skaar a bit better in this story.

‘She-Hulk: Attorney At Law’

“She-Hulk: Attorney at Law” is a Disney+ TV miniseries featuring the character of Hulk’s female counterpart in Marvel Comics. The series’ story is based on the continuity of the franchise’s films. It follows Walters, an attorney specializing in cases involving superhumans. She also happens to transform into the green superhero She-Hulk.

The miniseries stars Tatiana Maslany, Jameela Jamil, Mark Ruffalo, Ginger Gonzaga, Mark Linn-Baker, Tim Roth, Tess Malis Kincaid, Benedict Wong, and Griffin Matthews, among various others. There’s also rapper and “Hot Girl Summer” artist Megan Thee Stallion.

Who Is Skaar?

One of the most unforgettable episodes of “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law” was that episode which introduced Skaar to the world. It happened when the family was having a picnic, and Hulk, wearing gorgeous casual attire for brunch, introduced his son, Skaar. It was a very touching moment.

In the comics, Skaar is the son of Hulk and Caiera the Oldstrong. He was born when the titular hero was stranded on Sakaar, which might also explain why Skaar is named such. His mother exiled him to Earth, during which time he attempted to kill his father and also had altercations with the Fantastic Four. Somewhat giving off “Oedipus Rex” vibes, right?

Later, Skaar worked with the Avengers, but this was short-lived, only to get captured by the Intelligencia and recruited by Norman Osborn, the first incarnation of the Green Goblin, into the Dark Avengers. However, he eventually revealed himself as a double agent.

Following his mother’s death, a cocoon containing Skaar fell into the lake of fire. Yes, very much like Kal-El inside a spaceship to Earth. After some time, Skaar emerged from his cocoon, already the age of a human boy. A year later, he grew to a young adult and spent time in the swaps with Old Sam, who attempted to raise him.

In the miniseries, he first appeared as a green-skinned (like his dad) character with a muscular build and a hairstyle that will remind you of the people from Polynesia.

His superpowers and unique attributes include the ability to manipulate the Earth, superhuman stamina and strength, a high degree of resistance to physical injury and pain, regenerative healing, self-sustenance, suspended aging, rapid maturity, enhanced senses, and transformation.

The Takeaway

The Marvel fever is on again with the premiere of the newest movie of the franchise, “Deadpool & Wolverine.” If you can’t get enough of the hype, look back, log in to your Disney+ account, and rewatch “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law,” where you can find Skaar.
