Halo Infinite x Pringles Cans and Pop-Tarts Provide Free Double XP

By consuming foods like Pringles and Pop-Tarts, gamers will gain double experience in Halo Infinite thanks to a collaboration between Kellogg’s and Microsoft. 343 Industries’ forthcoming first-person shooter will be the latest entry in the renowned sci-fi genre. The Halo Infinite XP increase is the latest in a long line of Microsoft and Pringles collaborations aimed at keeping players happy while they play.

Halo Infinite, developed by 343 Industries, is slated to release on December 8, 2021, following a series of delays. Master Chief will make a cameo appearance in the game, dressed in armor that closely matches his famous original look.

The single-player campaign in Halo Infinite is believed to include more open settings than prior games, allowing players to approach goals and combat engagements from different perspectives. The game will also include weaponry from the franchise, such as the Battle Rifle and the Needler. Five new weapons, numerous new abilities, and a free-to-play multiplayer system are among the new features of Halo Infinite.

A statement on PR Newswire from Kellogg’s Company outlines a new partnership between the snack wholesaler and Halo Infinite. Gamers may get Double XP in Halo Infinite by purchasing specific foods and sending the receipt to Kellogg’s Family Rewards between September 15, 2021, and January 31, 2022.

The campaign is timed to coincide with the game’s release on December 8, with these branded munchies arriving just in time. Cheez-It Grooves, Pop-Tarts, Pringles, and Bear Naked granola are among the savory foods included in this campaign.

Cross-promotions allow gamers to earn in-game prizes from their favorite foods while playing violent shooters like Halo Infinite. Rockstar Energy Drink has recently released a unique Halo Infinite flavor, providing gamers with another method to boost their first-person shooter abilities.

While the entire scope of the partnership will not be announced until October 1, players may expect to see Master Chief’s gleaming face on a can of Rockstar Energy. Fans of Halo will have to wait to see if the offer includes a new taste or in-game incentives.

Cross-promotion between food companies and gaming companies is nothing new, especially in the Halo universe. Most gamers love food while they play, so partnering with Kellogg’s is a clever approach to build excitement for Halo Infinite’s debut. First-person shooter enthusiasts may satisfy their hunger while simultaneously gaining double experience in Halo Infinite’s multiplayer arena by breaking open a box of Pop-Tarts or a can of Pringles.
