Field Guide Pages are among the most valuable collectibles players can get in “Hogwarts Legacy.” Previously, you learned about the locations of the Field Guide Pages at the Bell Tower Wing. This time, you’ll learn the locations of Field Guide Pages in the iconic Great Hall.
What Field Guide Pages Are
Field Guide Pages are scattered around the locations in “Hogwarts Legacy.” Basically speaking, they provide experience so players can increase the level of their character, as well as offer an addicting scavenger hunt just so they can gather these collectibles.
Overall, there are 186 Field Guide Pages in the game. Such a massive number, right? In the Great Hall, there are 24. To guide you easier, we’ll divide these locations according to the spells required to get the Pages.
Locations Of All Field Guide Pages In The Great Hall
Revelio Field Guide Pages
1. Hogwarts Crest
Find your Field Guide Page at the Great Hall’s very front entrance. Upon walking through the front door from the Courtyard, you’ll see the Crest on your way straight ahead. Simply cast Revelio to acquire the Page.
2. Black Lake
You will notice a lone boat docked there once you have made your way near the water on the Boat House’s right side. Cast Revelio to get the Page there.
3. Underground Harbor
Then, if you approach the staircase leading to the Courtyard’s bottom portion, which is outside the Great Hall, you will notice a doorway on the right side leading to the Underground Harbor. You will find a Field Guide Page at the very end of the docks on the right. Be sure to use Revelio.
4. House Point Hourglasses
Proceed past the double doors located at the rear of the main entrance to the Great Hall, where you found the Hogwarts Crest earlier. You will see some hourglasses. Approach them and use the Revelio spell to find the Page.
5. Owl Lectern
At the very end of the Great Hall, you will see a lone lectern on the stage where Hogwarts’ professors and Headmaster sit during ceremonies. Cast the Revelio magic to see the Field Guide Page.
6. The Ceiling Of The Great Hall
The Page here is found just at the end of all the Great Hall’s dining tables before you reach the area where the Owl Lectern is. Once again, use the Revelio spell, and the Page will pop out.
7. The Yawning Gargoyle
This Field Guide Page is in the grassy area, which is just outside the Great Hall’s dining area. Go past the two doors on the right to reach this spot. You will see a statue. Use your Revelio spell to get the Page.
8. Slytherin Sink
Then, you may need to enter the Great Hall again, but through the main entrance this time. You will see a large Hogwarts Crest. Immediately turn to the right and follow through the doorway on the left side. You are now in the Slytherin Dungeon. You will stumble upon the girls’ bathroom, where you must use Revelio on the sinks in the middle to obtain the Page.
9. Detention Chamber
You must keep yourself inside the Slytherin Dungeon for this Field Guide Page. Head down the path on your left until you reach an area with three doors. Proceed to the door at the very back area, which requires at least the second level of the Alohomora spell to open. After you have unlocked this door, proceed inside. You know the drill.
10. Death Day Party Room
This Page is also within the Slytherin Dungeon. Take the path on the left once more and reach the area where the three doors are. This time, you’ll open the first door on the left, characterized by a blue aura surrounding it. Level one Alohomora is required here. Once the door opens, head inside to find the Page.
11. Headless Hunt Tapestry
By this time, you should be inside the Death Day Party Room. Now, proceed to the opposite side from where you found the previous Page. Here, you will see an enormous tapestry hanging on the well. Cast Revelio in front of it to reveal the Page.
12. Pear Portrait
Here, things get really exciting as you will be using the Grand Staircase Floo Flame. Then, simply follow down the spiral staircase. Below, you will see a portrait of fruits. Use Revelio in front of the image to find your Field Guide Page.
13. Kitchen Tables
Go inside via the door that appears at the portrait after you “Tickle the pear.” But remember. This will be available only after the Hunt for the Missing Pages quest has been completed. If done, proceed inside, and in the very midst of the kitchen table area where the elves prepare food, cast Revelio to reveal the Field Guide Page.
14. House-Elf Living Quarters
Speaking of elves, the next Field Guide Page is at the House-Elf Living Quarters. To go here, head to the back area of the Kitchen. To the left, you will see barrels stacked up. Use the Revelio magic on these to snag the Page.
Levioso Field Guide Pages
1. In The Corner Outside The Courtyard
The very first Levioso Field Guide Page in the Great Hall is just outside the main entrance, on the Courtyard’s left area. Now walk through the opening, follow the covered pathway leading north, take a right, and you will come across a statue holding a ball. Things get very detailed here as you must cast Levioso to float that ball to grab the Page.
2. Inside The Great Hall To The Left Of Hogwarts Crest
For the next Page, you will return to the Great Hall again, specifically on the Hogwarts Crest’s left side toward the entrance. You will see another statue with a ball. Levitate the ball to get the Field Guide Page.
Lumos Field Guide Pages
1. At The Courtyard Near The Main Entrance
Remember the steps here. For the first Lumos Field Guide Page, you must first find the moth located in front of a tiny sea creature statue outside the Great Hall’s main entrance in the Courtyard.
Spoilers ahead: the moth is on the right beneath the covered spot. Now, cast Lumos to attract the moth’s attention. Then, proceed west on the map, down the staircases. The mirror is south on the map, just preceding another staircase. Please turn off your Lumos now, so the moth attaches itself to the mirror. You will then see the Field Guide Page up for grabs.
2. Slytherin Dungeon
Okay. Remember the Slytherin Dungeon from earlier? You must get back to this spot. Once inside, turn right before you go down the path until you see the mirror on the left.
Find the moth down the path on the left the moment you earned, or near the soldier statue and some torches. Same process to get the Page.
Accio Field Guide Pages
1. Garden Area Outside The Great Hall
Accio Pages are often challenging because they might just be above you, and you might miss it. The first Accio Field Guide Page is outside the Great Hall to the grassy area toward the west. Just outside, you will see the Page floating. Cast Accio, then!
2. At The Top Of The Stairs Towards The Great Hall Entrance
Another Page is hovering at the very top of the Great Hall’s main entrance. Same procedure.
3. Death Day Party Room
No. It’s definitely not déjà vu since the next Accio Field Guide Page is in the Death Day Party Room. Again? Yes. Inside, you will notice the Page flying above you. Cast Accio.
Incendio Field Guide Pages
1. In The Boat House
Make your way into the Boat House for the first Incendio Page. By this time, you will see a tiny brazier at the front of this House. Light it up using Incendio so you can grab the Field Guide Page.
2. The Dining Area’s Second Floor In The Great Hall
Now you must be inside the Great Hall dining area for this Incendio Page. A staircase at the rear end of the room on the right leads you to a second floor that overlooks the dining hall. At the very left, there’s another small brazier. Light it up using the spell to receive your Field Guide Page.
3. Locked Room In The Slytherin Dungeon
Go back to the Slytherin Dungeon. This time, tread the path on the left and follow through until you see a locked door. You must open it, and this needs Alohomora first level. Once inside, you can see a brazier where you need to cast Incendio to get the Page.
The Iconic Great Hall

The Great Hall is a very iconic venue in the world of Harry Potter. This is where the students gather with the professors and the Headmaster during the welcome ceremony, where Harry and his schoolmates got sorted, where Hogwarts welcomed the students from foreign schools in “Goblet of Fire,” where Ron Weasley got a Howler from his mother after he took his father’s flying car, and where the Weasley twins saved the Hogwarts students from the claws of Professor Dolores Umbridge, among many other scenes.
