Your Tesla Model Y in Midnight Cherry Red color, how does that sound?
Well, Tesla Europe has started teasing the deliveries of Model Y in this rare Midnight Cherry Red color, which the company calls their boldest color yet.

“Meet Midnight Cherry Red and Quicksilver. Developed in our advanced paint shop at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg, the colors are designed to accentuate your Model Y under every sky. From bright highlights to dark tones, our multi-coat paint adds a new dimension that subtly changes with curvature as you walk around your Tesla,” a statement said on Tesla’s official website.
This revelation about the deliveries came as photos of the Tesla Model Y in this color circulated over the Internet. As early as last March, images captured by Tesla watchers around Giga Berlin indicated that Model Y vehicles painted in Midnight Cherry Red were already being shipped out from the facility.
The delivery date for this vehicle is estimated to be from August to September 2023, according to news reports.
Moreover, the Twitter account of Tesla Europe (@tesla_europe) has shared an image of the car and tweeted today, “A wild Midnight Cherry appears… at a Tesla location near you, starting tomorrow (emojis)”
The Twitter account also added in the comments section that the car is also coming to the Middle East later this year.

Other netizens on Twitter also shared memes, such as those that say this is “perfection.”
Launch event
Tesla is reportedly conducting a launch event tomorrow, Saturday, to debut the all-new Midnight Cherry Red color for its Model Y. The event will take place in Germany.
The company has also reportedly started inviting attendees to this special Midnight Cherry Red debut event, slated to happen at the Tesla showroom in Parsdorf, Germany. Parsdoft is a tiny town just outside of the city of Munich but around six and a half hours south of Giga Berlin.
According to the invitation received by the attendees, the event will reportedly run all day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will also be food trucks to serve delectable meals, a crêpe stand, and a bouncy castle for kids, so you can bring your whole family.
Also, the media reports said there would, of course, be at least one Tesla Model Y in Midnight Cherry Red color on display for attendees to see what it actually looks like.
There is also another color, Quicksilver launched simultaneously with Midnight Cherry Red, and the delivery date is reportedly estimated to be from May to June 2023 for orders placed today.
