‘Twin Breaker’ Will Be Released to Gaming Platforms This September

From Eastasiasoft and Lillymo Games comes Twin Breaker: A Sacred Symbols Adventure, a game highly inspired by the classics such as Arkanoid and Breakout. It’s pretty much a brick-breaking game, which already explains a lot about what you can expect.

It adds more to this arcade-style genre, though, as it has a storyline as well as characters. Starring Colin Moriarty and Chris Ray Maldonado, Twin Breaker is set in space, where two pilots are looking for lost ships.

“While World War distracts the nations of Earth, an isolationist United States obsessively sends generation ships to nearby star systems to find new planets for America to colonize. But once in interstellar space, the ships mysteriously disappear. When clues emerge as to the whereabouts of the missing spacecraft, two talented pilots jump through a wormhole and into the unknown…”

Twin Breaker was previously released on the PS4 and the PlayStation Vita, but this time, it will be released on the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on September 23. That being said, the game won’t have new and exclusive content, as it will directly reflect its PS4 and PS Vita versions.

Despite that fact, there will be a New Game+ feature as well as additional modes that you can play once you finish the game’s story. Twin Breaker: A Sacred Symbols Adventure is a unique blend of the old and new, complete with unique levels and boss battles.

As Eastasiasoft accurately puts it: “Twin Breaker is an ode to both the past and the future.”
