Immortals Fenyx Rising, formerly Gods and Monsters, now has an exact release date. During last night’s Ubisoft Forward, the game’s developers revealed that the game will hit stores on December 3, 2020.
A few hours ago, Ubisoft featured Immortals Fenyx Rising in their much-awaited streaming event and announced a few more details about the upcoming game.
In the upcoming Zelda-like game, fans play as Fenyx – a winged demigod who is on a journey to save the Greek gods and the rest of Olympus from a mysterious dark curse. Players will encounter mythical beasts, harness the power of the gods, and meet Typhon – the most dangerous Titan known in all of Greek mythology.
Immortals Fenyx Rising is an action-adventure open world that allows its players to roam freely in a massive world and join in challenges.

Build Your Legend
Players can customize their characters’ appearance, discover weapons, and armors based on Greek mythology. They will also be able to loot materials from across the world in order to craft more powerful items or upgrade their gear in order to progress through the story.
Overcome Heroic Trials
Players must utilize their wit and hone their skills in order to solve difficult puzzles. They will also be tasked to participate in high-strategy boss battles to gain new powers and upgrade their hero skills.
Explore a Massive Open World
In Immortals Fenyx Rising, players will explore a gorgeously rendered and colorful fantasy world where they can run, climb and traverse through various locations by flying across seven distinct locations, each inspired by a different Greek God.
Battle Mythological Monsters
Confront mythical beasts including Minotaur, Cyclops, Medusa, and corrupted heroes including Achilles. Depending on a player’s playstyle, they can engage in fast-paced melee and aerial combat while utilizing god-like abilities and weapons.
Borrow Godly Powers
The Greek gods of Olympus will let players borrow their iconic weapons including the sword of Achilles, the wings of Daidalos, the bow of Odysseus as well as the legendary powers of the gods which will help them turn the tides of battle.
Immortals Fenyx Rising is coming to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Switch, Stadia, and the PC via the Uplay and Epic Games Store on December 3, 2020.
