Dead By Daylight Reveals Hellraiser DLC Launch Date

Players of Dead by Daylight are constantly ready to express their thoughts on the game and its most recent upgrades. Behaviour Interactive’s announcement teasers thrill fans with speculation about who may be featured next, and the community enjoys posting their intricate wish lists for characters they’d want to see emerge. Fans of Hellraiser’s Pinhead have expressed their enthusiasm for Dead by Daylight’s newest downloadable DLC.

Some Dead by Daylight DLCs have included new survivor characters and map realms in addition to a new murderer, but this isn’t the case with the Hellraiser franchise’s inclusion to Dead by Daylight. Pinhead will appear as a lone murderer in Dead by Daylight, and players were able to test the character’s powers and add-ons during a Public Test Build last month. Fans of Hellraiser and Dead by Daylight will not have to wait long for Pinhead’s arrival, according to news released today.

Players have discovered that the Cenobite’s mid-ranged skills and passive chain traps make the killer an intriguing and distinctive character in Dead by Daylight based on their experience playing as and against Pinhead in the PTB.

PTBs are available on PC prior to the release of new content, allowing users to participate in a beta test for the developers while also demonstrating that the newly revealed content is coming soon to the game. Dead by Daylight’s next downloadable DLC will be released next week on September 7, according to Behaviour Interactive.

For fans of the graphic metaseries and its gory cenobite creatures, Pinhead is an exciting addition. Of course, fans in Dead by Daylight continue to express their desire for more licensed brands and IPs, and the news that a major DLC that has become well-known would be deleted shortly has been distressing for some.

Fans will soon have to say goodbye to a key DLC as they welcome a new murderer. According to a recent statement, certain Stranger Things material will be withdrawn from Dead by Daylight in November and will no longer be available for purchase.

Fans will be able to meet survivors Steve Harrington and Nancy Wheeler, as well as the Demogorgon murderer persona, if they acquire the Stranger Things content before it is deleted, but the Hawkins Laboratory map area will be gone universally after that.

Furthermore, Behaviour has announced that the RPD map realm, which was included in Dead by Daylight’s Resident Evil DLC, is now unavailable owing to security concerns. While many fans are excited for the release of Hellraiser: Pinhead next week, gamers are disappointed that Dead by Daylight still has a number of problems and challenges to deal with.
