It’s been a few months since the world celebrated Women’s History Month last March, but here on PVP Live, the adoration for women never ends. Like many animes, “My Hero Academia” is also a celebration of women. Its collection of female characters is varied. You can find masculine-looking women and those who are lighthearted. This story explores the most remarkable female characters in this anime.

1. Momo Yaoyorozu

Let’s get started with Yaoyorozu, a member of Class 1-A who is capable of using her fat cells to create any inanimate object for as long as she is familiar with its chemical composition. Quite stunning. And she’s smart and knowledgeable enough to craft just about anything.

2. Rumi ‘Mirko’ Usagiyama

Also known as Rabbit Hero, Mirko is the current  No. 5 Pro Hero in the anime’s story. This tan-skinned woman’s Quirk is obviously attributed to that of a rabbit. This grants her some incredible leg strength, allowing her to leap and kick with a sizable force. She can also destroy large ground chunks just by thumping her feet. And, thanks to her rabbit-like ears, she is clairvoyant and has animal instincts that alert her of dangers nearby.

3. Kyoka Jirou

Jirou is another extraordinary lady in “My Hero Academia.” She has a thing for music. Because of her passion for punk rock styles and sensibilities, she can hear sounds from afar. And, she can also use sound waves to her advantage. Her lovable talent is that she also plays the bass.

4. Tsuyu ‘Froppy’ Asui

If you are after a girl with impeccable humility, that has to be Asui. She is regarded as one of the more pragmatic and down-to-earth Class 1-A members. But despite this personality, she sure still knows how to have a good time. If Mirko’s Quirk is all about that of a rabbit, Asui’s is all about that of a frog. Believe it or not, she can eat flies like a piece of chewing gum and even launch them at other people who seem to have offended her.

5. Himiko Toga

On the other hand, Toga looks charming on the outside, but she’s actually quite evil on the inside. She is one of the main villains in the “My Hero Academia” story. She was a League of Villains member, has an affiliation with the Vanguard Action Squad, and later became one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranomal Liberation Front.

As for her Quirk, she can transform into an exact physical lookalike of another person and even copy their voice! “X-Men’s” Mystique is challenged right now.

6. Ochaco Uraraka

Uraraka is one of the best friends of Izuku Midoriya, the anime’s main protagonist, at U.A. High School. Her Quirk is known as Zero Gravity. If everything Midas touches turns to gold, everything Uraraka touches floats. Moreover, her positive and cheerful aura makes her a joy to watch.

7. Eri

Of all the Quirks in the “My Hero Academia” universe, hers is among the most redoubtable. Eri can rewind a person. You must be thinking of “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” right now. Yes. She can turn an adult into a baby, reverse injuries, and so much more. But, despite these superpowers, Eri is an innocent little girl, which makes her vulnerable to being used and her powers abused by nefarious beings like Chisaki Kai.

8. Cathleen Bate

Next is Bate, who you might mistake for a man because of her build. She was the No. 1 Pro Hero of the United States of America. She is also regarded by All For One as “the strongest woman around.”

Her former Quirk allowed her to set and impose rules on her surroundings. Thus, she could manipulate and bestow new properties on herself and the world around her.

9. Nejire Hado

Hado is the only female character member of the Big 3, a name that refers to third-year students at U.A. High School who are considered at the top of the entire student body in terms of strength.

She is talkative and somewhat of an airhead. But, when it’s time to reveal her Quirk, you won’t believe how serious she can be. The Quirk, Wave Motion, lets her convert her energies into potent blasts. Wow.

10. Mina Ashido

You all have that one friend who is boyish despite being a girl. In “My Hero Academia,” that has to be Ashido. A hero-in-training, she is known for her spunky and cheerful attitude. Her Quirk is called Acid, allowing her to secrete acid, and control its amount and pH levels.

11. Kaina ‘Lady Nagant’ Tsutsumi

Lady Nagant is one interesting female character in the anime. Her alias is believed to be a reference to Lyudmila Pavlichenko, a Soviet Ukrainian sniper. Pavlichenko is nicknamed “Lady Death,” and she served in the Red Army during the Second World War.

Lady Nagant is a former Villain who later became Pro Hero for the Hero Public Safety Commission. She was freed from the shackles of Tartarus by a riot caused by All For One in the body of Tomura Shigaraki, Midoriya’s polar opposite. Initially, she was one of the antagonists of the Dark Hero Arc, but later sided with the Heroes during the Final War.

12. Nana Shimura

Shimura’s Quirk, One For All, is quite interesting as it came from a long line of previous heroes – she included – and was passed on to Midoriya by All Might. However, not much is known about her other than that she was an accomplished hero and her grandson, Shigaraki, is deeply involved with the League of Villains.

Those are just some of the most memorable female characters in “My Hero Academia.” We hope you enjoyed the discussion. Indeed, with their characteristics, you will date them from the first moment you see them. They are definitely for keeps.
