World of Tanks Modern Armor now has a new G.I. Joe-themed season, providing players access to a ton of new stuff, including the MOBAT and H.I.S.S. tanks. THIS YEAR another G.I. Joe crossover event pulled Duke and Cobra Commander into the battlefield, bringing the Joes into the World of Tanks ranks.
World of Tanks developer Wargaming has teamed up with Hasbro to create a G.I. Joe season that will run from now, June 29, until August 23. Players can play as heroic G.I. Joe soldiers or evil Cobra agents and go through 100 levels of content.
From Key Cards and Boost Ops to the “Cobra B.O.A.” Skin and T-54 First Prototype Tank, the season offers a variety of tasks and rewards. Season Pass holders will be able to access extra challenges and rewards, such as the MOBAT tank.
Meanwhile, Ultimate Season Pass holders will receive all of the standard and Season Pass benefits and immediate access to the Cobra H.I.S.S tank and Cobra 2D and 3D Commanders.
This is another fantastic crossover event for World of Tanks, which has seen more than its fair share of G.I. Joe-themed content in the previous year. Hot Wheels, for example, will take the wheel for a special event in September 2020. In December, Wargaming went above and above by bringing Chuck Norris to World of Tanks for a season of happiness.
The developer has stated that fresh Forza Horizon 4 content will be phased out as it prepares for the release of Forza Horizon 5, the next game in the series. Since its debut in 2018, Forza Horizon 4 has received many updates and enhancements to the core game, including a Forza LEGO expansion and an Xbox Series X/S upgrade in 2020. Season 37 of the game will launch on June 29, bringing new challenges and cars to an all-new playlist.
Forza Horizon 4 is widely regarded as one of the finest racing games of the previous console generation, with a Metacritic score of 92. The game contains a dynamic weather system and an open environment for players to explore alone or with companions.
Forza Horizon 5, the next game in the series, is set to arrive later this year and is anticipated to build on its predecessor’s already excellent gameplay. While Forza Horizon 4 is set in the United Kingdom, the next game will be situated in Mexico, with “ever-evolving open-world environments,” according to Xbox. Forza Horizon 5 was awarded “Most Anticipated Game” of the event after its unveiling during the Xbox Showcase at E3 2021.
Playground Games highlighted the future of Forza Horizon 4, as well as the next game in the series, in the latest Forza Monthly video update, stating that Forza Horizon 5 is currently the studio’s top focus [via VGC].
Forza Horizon 4’s monthly series updates will be altered, according to Playground senior producer Tom Butcher, who stated: “Players who are familiar with the game will notice the return of content from Series 7 through 32 starting with Series update 38.
Consider it a mixtape with the return of some of your favorite material as well as the addition of some new features.” While there are no plans to introduce new vehicles or features in the next months, he did confirm that gamers won’t be short of content:
“Although we aren’t planning to add all-new cars and features over these next months, you should have a lot of fun revisiting these moments and seeing how you handle them the second time around. And obviously with all of our recent Series updates, you’ll have photo challenges, rewards, Forzathon Shop, and backstage voting all going on as well as usual.”
When asked if the game will get updates beyond Forza Horizon 5, Butcher said, “We do intend to make sure Forza Horizon 4 continues to be a great experience, but we aren’t ready to disclose precise plans just yet.”
While Forza Horizon 4’s future is unknown, all eyes are on Forza Horizon 5. Despite the fact that the game is only a few months away from release, Microsoft has already released the PC specifications. Despite its stunning visuals, it appears like Forza Horizon 5 will operate on nearly any gaming PC as long as it is at least a few years old. The game was created with the new-gen Xbox Series X/S consoles in mind, but it appears that it will also operate on older Xbox One systems, giving more gamers access to the game at launch.
Fable is another highly anticipated project being developed by Playground Games. The return of Fable was initially announced in 2020 with a brief teaser trailer that revealed virtually little. Gamers were hoped for another installment in the series, but it appears that the next Fable will be a reboot rather than a sequel.
While it hasn’t been confirmed, Microsoft characterizes the game as “a new beginning for the famous franchise,” implying that it isn’t a continuation of the previous tale. The game has yet to be given a release date or even a year, but it will be available on Xbox One and Windows 10. Head of Xbox Phil Spencer told gamers to “have faith” in Playground Games’ take on the Fable franchise, noting that the team is “just amazing”.
Bluepoint Games, the firm behind the PS5 version of Demon’s Souls, appears to have been purchased by PlayStation’s Japanese office by accident. It also produced and released PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale for Vita, as well as ports of the first two God of War games, the Metal Gear Solid series and the Uncharted trilogy. This follows the announcement that PlayStation Studios has acquired Housemarque, the studio that collaborated with Sony on the PS5 exclusive Returnal.
Naughty Dog, Insomniac Games, Santa Monica Studio, Media Molecule, and Guerrilla Games are just a handful of PlayStation Studios’ subsidiaries that have provided top-tier first-party exclusives for the PS4 and PS5 in recent years.
While Sony has been trying to keep up with Microsoft’s recent acquisition of Bethesda, as well as rumors that IO Interactive, Avalanche Studios, and Crytek may be joining Xbox Game Studios in the near future, Sony remains a force to be reckoned with, and the in-house talent pool at PlayStation Studios continues to grow.
Earlier today, respected online rumor hunter Nibel reported that while announcing PlayStation’s purchase of Housemarque to a Japanese audience, PlayStation Japan inadvertently tweeted a picture of Bluepoint Games’ emblem instead of Housemarque’s to Twitter. He was able to confirm this later, however the PlayStation Japan tweet was removed.
Bluepoint Games has a lot of skill behind them, even if its main focus these days is upgrading older games for newer systems. Marco Thrush and the late Andy O’Neil, the firm’s founders, had previously worked as engineers on the Metroid Prime series before forming their own business in 2006.
Blast Factor, a PS3 exclusive, was one of the first games to be released on the PlayStation Network, which was still in its infancy at the time. Soon after, Bluepoint Games shifted their focus to porting games, garnering critical acclaim for refined remasters of classics like Flower, a 2009 indie gem, and Gravity Rush Remastered, a physics-bending 2012 platformer.
It’s unclear if Bluepoint Titles will utilize its newfound relationship with PlayStation Studios to start developing original material or continue making refined PS5 remakes of Sony’s earlier games. Still, it definitely has the ability and expertise to be a valuable asset for PlayStation in the future.
As previously said, the news of Sony’s purchase of Bluepoint has yet to be publicly revealed, but given the veracity of the leak and the Housemarque news, it won’t be long until Sony does.
Housemarque, a Finnish studio best known for PlayStation games including Super Stardust HD, Resogun, and, most recently, Returnal, has been formally purchased by PlayStation. Housemarque is Finland’s longest-running development firm, with origins dating back over 25 years and a reputation for console arcade experiences.
The team has consistently upped the standard in this area over the years, but they stopped working on arcade games a few years ago due to the genre’s gradual decline. The team appears to have focused its efforts on two projects after making such a stunning statement in late 2017, following the release of side-scrolling shooter Matterfall.
One such project was Housemarque’s battle royale game Stormdivers, which was canceled in 2020. Returnal, Housemarque’s most recent effort, was released this past spring, introducing PlayStation players to a new hero and a new sort of Housemarque gaming experience. Fans weren’t the only ones who were thrilled about the band’s future.
Housemarque, the developer of Returnal, was acquired by PlayStation Studios today, June 29. In a PlayStation Blog article, PlayStation Studios Head Hermen Hulst announced the announcement, saying that the acquisition “enhances the creative energy” of the company.
Ilari Kuittinen, Housemarque’s Co-Founder and Managing Director, added his own statement, recalling the team’s PlayStation history and stating that such cooperation had been years in the making. Most significantly, the acquisition provides Housemarque with stability and a “clear future,” allowing it to continue creating amazing gaming experiences. “With the support of SIE and its family of studios, we can fully develop into our role in the industry and show what Housemarque can produce without restrictions,” Kuittinen continued.
This is PlayStation’s first studio purchase since a deal with Insomniac Games was finalized in August of this year. That, too, was a wise decision that had been a long time coming, especially considering Insomniac’s extensive history as a PlayStation second-party partner.
While Sony made its first studio purchase in over two years today, the firm has made significant investments in other areas in recent months. It has, for example, consistently formed second-party ties with newcomers like Jade Raymond’s Haven Studios and Firewalk Studios. Sony’s involvement in other parts of the business has been bolstered by investments in Discord, Evo, and Epic Games.
Want to have a better understanding of the crafty Initiator role in the shooter Valorant? Then strap in and listen up. There’s a number of different Valorant Agent roles, bbut none quite
as underrated as Initiators. Here, we’ll look at their inner workings, explaining the unique abilities that can help make battles a far less challenging affair and increase Valorant’s fun factor.
How They Work – Valorant Initiators
In Valorant, Agent roles are summed up in four classes. There are Duellists, Controllers, Sentinels, and Initiators. While roles like Duellist Agents typically handle up close and personal combat, Initiators are far more tactical and can easily be argued as a key role to any success. Through their abilities, they can scout ahead and track enemies, alerting their team of any foe’s whereabouts in contested territory. In action, and in the right pair of skilled hands, they can be frighteningly effective in undermining enemy strategy and rewarding less conservative play. Valorant Agent roles all have a big part to play, but Initiators are a major pillar of any successful team. Through their actions, enemy teams can be influenced and force them to rethink their game plan.
Sova – Valorant Initiators
Sova’s abilities make him perfect as a recon scout. His Owl Drone ability finds foes and once tracked down, they can be prey to his bow. If you can be sneaky, as well as speedy, you can have the Owl Drone fire a tracking dart. Before they can pull it out, this can put an enemy in a position compromised enough for you to essentially search and destroy. His Hunter’s Fury adds to this by letting you use wall-piercing energy arrows that can damage and reveal an enemy’s location. Sova is perfect for proactive players and can keep opposing teams on their toes at all times.
Breach – Valorant Initiators
With Breach, you can have a lot of fun making total mayhem. The tanky Swede use flash charges to blind enemies and make life that extra bit harder for them. This Flashpoint ability can be fired through walls, making it perfect for surprise attacks. His seismic blasts add extra pressure by disrupting opposing players and these blasts aren’t stopped by walls either. With his Rolling Thunder, you can both daze and launch foes into the air too. This mixture of aggressive gameplay has led to Breach being one of the best Agents in Valorant.
Skye – Valorant Initiators
For Skye, the more recent addition to the Initiators fold, her abilities involve using different beasts to wreak havoc on the enemy team. She can use Trailblazer, where you take control of a ghostly Tasmanian tiger to track down a foe to concuss and damage them. It’s a solid tactic of hunting them down, while Guiding Light sends out a hawk that becomes a bright flash, blinding any opponent unlucky to glimpse it. On top of that, she can use Regrowth to heal teammates and locate the nearest three enemy players through the use of her Seekers power. All this makes her perfect for those wanting to think of the bigger picture and give their team a big leg up in dealing with enemy teams through some very ruthless tracking powers.
Solo Play – Valorant Agent Roles
While Initiators can be mighty in team play, in solo play, the best choice can only be Sova. His abilities give him the sort of sneakiness that’s perfect for going it alone and playing it clever against others. Once you get accustomed to his abilities it can feel far less of an uphill battle in scoring victories and downright easy when you’ve mastered them.
Team Play – Valorant Agent Roles
Breach must be thrown in as one of the best team players not just for Initiators, but for any Valorant Agent Role. His flexible skillset makes way for some of the best support a team could wish for, so as long as he’s used correctly, winning games shouldn’t be such a titanic test. The flip side though is that Breach’s usefulness is so well known, it won’t be rare to see opposing teams using him as well. Needless to say, it would be a hard fight going against him.
Conclusion
Valorant Agent roles all have a big, important part to play, but Initiators can be argued as one of the most vital for any competitive team. As long as you have one, you can push against the enemy, pressure them and always keep them nervous as the Agent role can seek them out with brutal efficiency. There are only three Initiator Agents and everyone can be put down as one of the best Agents in the game.
Sova: Utilises an owl drone for locating enemy players along with a bow that can bounce arrows off walls. This allows for clever and flexible shots.
Breach: Uses flashes charges to blind foes and seismic blasts to disrupt them. Perfect for supporting the team and weakening the enemy.
Skye: Through the use of different beasts, she can detect foes, heal teammates through the Regrowth ability and seek out foes to concuss them.
Without a doubt, every one of them can be put down as truly excellent Valorant Agents and will appeal to anyone wanting to be crafty and employ clever strategy to win. In turn, this can mean a hard fight if you meet Initiators on the receiving end. You’ll definitely start to feel the need to try any one of them when you’ve been dealt a crippling defeat thanks to Initiators.
Valorant Boosting Services
Sometimes, you can find yourself a little overwhelmed in Valorant and as a result, you have a less than positive experience with the game. Even when using the best Valorant Agent role, it can be a tough time. Some websites, like Boosting Grounds, can provide assistance with their excellent Valorant Boosting services. Through them, you can specify exactly what kind of service they want. It’s a great way in getting higher rankings or obtaining experience like it’s nobody’s business.

The future is here: a 3D printer is no longer just a fantasy of pop-science fans but a reality of the retail and industrial world. How will additive technologies change the world?
If one needs a t-shirt, they go to the marketplaces or shops to find one, wasting entire evenings to get the perfect balance of color, fit, material, and size among the portfolios of tens of companies. But in the near future, if someone needs a t-shirt, they will not have to leave their house. Some websites will provide a configurator, where one would select the preferences, load their parameters and get the clothes in a short amount of time. A fully custom-made one. That’s how additive technologies work and no one needs to wait for the near future to come to use them today. The technologies are penetrating into various fields: the food industry, fashion, and even the medical sector. This is a non-obvious industrial revolution that is currently happening.
Additive Technologies Speed up and Democratize Production
The most obvious example of how additive technologies evolve is the 3D printers for home use. Just a decade ago, there was only one way to get a plastic plate: going through a long chain of shops, contractors, and middlemen to get one from a factory that produces plastic tableware. These days it can be done with a 3D printer, which is a versatile machine suitable for home use. Unlike the machines of the past, a 3D printer doesn’t have to be narrow-specialized: almost anything can be printed, from a Christmas toy to weapons, provided there are certain limits. 3D models can be downloaded from anywhere.
During the initial outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, it quickly became obvious that Italian clinics lack ventilators, and the factory specialized in manufacturing the valves for such ventilators doesn’t cope with the workloads, the volunteers from Isinnova started 3D printing the valves. No production lines were required, as well as no shipping. When the design was finalized, it took just a day to start the production.
In March 2020, 3D printer manufacturer Carbon produced a bunch of experimental protective screens for healthcare workers and sent them to Stanford Healthcare Center. A few weeks later, the CEO of Carbon said that a 3D model of the protective screen will be openly accessed for everybody.
The next thing was 3D printed swabs for biomaterials, which were also lacking. CadCrown launched a project to develop and manufacture products that can slow down the pandemic. For example, contactless door handles and water taps. The development is open and free — the projects are available online, while the users can download and 3D print the products. Another 3D printer manufacturer Prusa has a similar project, but it covers interactive toys and learning objects. The developers share the lists of tested models and parts of medical devices on GitHub.

Additive Technologies are Integrating into Serious Industrial Fields
These technologies speed up production. There’s no need to hire workers to produce some things since the production can be done on several 3D printers, while development can be ordered online from the engineers that live anywhere in the world. The factories of the future will not need design agencies (and the engineers will not require offices) or technical control departments (both exact parameters and printer settings can be downloaded online). The workers are not needed either: a large 3D farm consisting of 200 or 300 printers can work automatically for several days with little human input.
3D printing of launch vehicle fuel tank in Relativity Space
And additive technologies are no longer only about volunteer projects and plastic. There are metal 3D printers but those are still too expensive for enthusiasts but the larger companies can easily afford them. Complex constructions and parts can be fully 3D printed instead of being outsourced and assembled afterward. It’s very different from how these things were done before (for example, nowadays passenger aircraft parts are manufactured in several factories from all around the world and are assembled afterward, which is a complex logistical task). Additive technologies become a part of serious important industries. British startup Orbex recently showed a 3D printed 55-feet (17 meters) tall stage of a launch vehicle named Prime Rocket. Another aerospace startup named Relativity Space signed a contract to launch their 3D printed rocket with the U.S Air Force (their engine consists of 100 parts, it’s around 10 less than a regular rocket engine has). The leaders of the aerospace industry, Boeing and Lockheed Martin have been using 3D printing for a long time. For example, additive technologies will play a role in Mars colonization.

It’s impossible to predict how exactly additive technologies will change the world
The X electrical vehicle (XEV).
A good example is an automotive industry that constantly needs spare parts. They need to be stored and delivered in some way (often from another part of the world), while the demand is constantly changing. 3D printing eliminates this problem: the 3D model of a required part will be stored online, the part can be printed when needed while also being modified to meet the requirements of a client. The LSEV electric car by an Italian company XEV will be released later in 2021: the cabin, seats, body panels, and even windscreen are 3D printed.
The fashion industry is another example: recently, many larger brands experimented with 3D printed sneakers, accessories, and clothes. Architecture is another industry that works with additive technologies: several companies are experimenting with how the homes of the future would look: not the ones produced in factories, but 3D printed on-site.

It’s impossible to predict how additive technologies will change the world. But it’s already obvious that the changes will be significant. Modern production lines will cease to exist. The trade routes will change, as well as political and economical balance. The markets will look different and it’s not yet clear what kind of markets they will be. Moreover, the ability to create something new out of regular materials will be a part of regular human life. How it will look like — no one yet knows but it’s impressive to see how this new reality is being born.
By the way, the experts of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory are planning to 3D print a nuclear reactor by 2023. Maybe it will be something that is possible for regular people in the future.
Fans had every reason to anticipate excellent production qualities from The Last of Us 2, which boasted over 2,000 developers and a $100 million budget. While opinions differ, the award-winning game did manage to deliver outstanding graphical realism. Naughty Dog was so dedicated that it rebuilt a portion of its rendering algorithms to ensure that one detail was flawless.
Waylon Brinck, the technical art director on The Last of Us 2, and Steven Tang, the technical artist, presented a talk at a graphics conference early this year. They discussed how much time and effort went into creating the character’s eyes.
As the old adage goes, the eyes are the windows to the soul, and eye contact is an important component of human communication. As a result, Naughty Dog worked hard to make the eyes of the characters in The Last of Us 2 as lifelike as possible.
After all, spending time and money on hair motion and skin texturing means nothing if the avatars are looking creepily at the user with glassy eyes. The company had to redesign the software to generate characters’ eyes, which proved to be a huge job.
Ellie has incredibly realistic eyes in The Last of Us 2’s announcement trailer, as Brinck noted out. However, precise lighting and camera angles were primarily responsible for this. Getting around this constraint in-game took a long time, and it started with a lot of reference photographs.
The character’s eyelids and lashes were then given “screen-space shadows” by the crew. This is a form of ambient occlusion that uses ray tracing to correctly represent how light interacts with a 3D model. It provided much-needed depth to the character’s eyes, resulting in a more genuine and relatable image.
The eyes of humans were not the only ones that received special care. The crew was focusing on providing taxidermied wolves “retro-reflective eyes,” as Brinck and Tang described. The ability of naturally nocturnal animals’ eyes to reflect light differently depending on the brightness level is a frequent feature.
It’s the reason why the eyes of dogs and cats appear to shine in the dark. Naughty Dog was able to replicate it by developing a piece of code that calculated the pupil’s reflectiveness. The game engine then gave the animal’s eyes an iridescent shine. The creators’ effect was so well received that it was added to all Infected foes in The Last of Us 2. As a result, zombified creatures appeared, which were even more disturbing.
Overall, this may appear to be a lot of effort for rather little details. On the other hand, the creators saw it as a necessary step in immersing players in the game’s environment and plot. While The Last of Us 2 did not go over well with critics, no one can accuse Naughty Dog of skimping on the details.
In July, Pokemon GO gamers have a lot to look forward to. As part of the Season of Discovery, Pokemon GO has been jam-packed with activities. Players are presumably planning countermeasures to face all of the Legendary Pokemon being brought back for raids as Pokemon GO Fest 2021 approaches. Not only that, but Pokemon GO has also revealed that it would be adding some new special research.
The Bidoof Breakout event is currently in full swing. No one knows why, but Bidoof has been running rampant in the world of Pokemon GO since June 25. This hasn’t gone down well with Pokemon GO enthusiasts, who have turned to producing memes using the Plump Mouse Pokemon. Now, it appears like Niantic is going all out to show its love for Bidoof since the new special study is released on July 1, which the firm has designated as “Bidoof Day.”
“Bidoof! Bidoof doof doof!” said Pokemon GO in a blog post. The business essentially announced that it would be releasing a slew of new features based around the Bidoof Breakout event. It would also be introducing a free event-exclusive Unique Research narrative for special prizes, in addition to the excess of Bidoof-related perks and incentives.
Furthermore, this is the first Special Study in which Pokemon GO players can make decisions that impact the plot of the research and even aspects of the event experience. That will certainly include rescuing any Bidoof players come across since even Team GO Rocket Grunts will have Shadow Bidoof to save. Players that finish the study will receive a unique Bidoof Hat avatar item at the end of it all.
Pokemon GO is a game that gives its users a lot of control over how they interact with their Pokemon. The addition of a storyline in which players’ choices have an effect is pretty cool, as the mobile AR game is somewhat integrating RPG-like elements. Even though it’s only available for one day, chances are Niantic may revisit more RPG-like Special Research events.
Until then, players have a lot of work to accomplish with the current Bidoof roaming around. The Bidoof Breakout event itself features exclusive Field Research that focuses on players catching all the Bidoof they can. With even more Bidoof related events incoming, it’s certainly not too late to join in the camaraderie.
Eduardo Vaisman, the audio director for Far Cry 6, recently revealed that ten Ubisoft companies, not only Ubisoft Toronto, were collaborating to bring Far Cry 6 to gamers. Ubisoft Toronto has been the go-to name for the project since it was announced in July 2020.
The most recent trailers have offered fans an intimate look at the game’s gameplay, characters, and friends, such as a rooster. Ubisoft has a lot of projects in the works right now, so having the studios collaborate to create the greatest result makes sense.
Far Cry 6 has piqued the interest of fans of the franchise as well as fans of Giancarlo Esposito since its announcement. This first-person shooter takes place on Yara, a fictitious Caribbean island. Dani Rojas, the player-controlled character, is a guerilla warrior attempting to overthrow the island tyrant “El Presidente.”
The gameplay is similar to previous games in that players will construct vehicles and weaponry via crafting. Other well-known titles developed by Ubisoft Toronto include For Honor, Watch Dogs 2, Far Cry 5, and Assassin’s Creed Unity.
Because Far Cry is such a big-budget and well-loved fan franchise, it’s not surprising that many studios are working on it. Eduardo Vaisman verified this on Twitter (via Gaming Bolt). Ubisoft Montréal, Ubisoft Kyiv, Ubisoft Berlin, Ubisoft Shanghai, Ubisoft Philippines, Ubisoft Bucharest, Ubisoft Pune, Ubisoft Odesa, Ubisoft Winnipeg, Ubisoft Montpellier, and Ubisoft Québec are among the other Ubisoft Studios working on the project.
Some studios, such as Ubisoft Odessa, Ubisoft Berlin, and Ubisoft Pune, are lesser-known, while others have contributed to fan-favorite titles and franchises. One or more of the Far Cry 6 DLC packs may come from one of these minor developers.
This isn’t the first time Ubisoft has cooperated on a game with firms all across the world. Ubisoft Montréal announced on Twitter that there were 14 co-developing studios on Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. So, although Ubisoft Montréal was the lead for the most recent Assassin’s Creed game, there were a lot more studios involved in the project.
Many of the listed studios from Ubisoft Toronto have a history of collaborating with other studios within Ubisoft to develop a game or its DLC. The work that these developers do together is so thorough and detailed that they can contribute to the restoration/rebuilding of real-world locations.
The fact that 10 studios are working on Far Cry 6 shows two important aspects of Ubisoft’s current work ethic. The first is that Ubisoft has a commitment to polishing this title. By having 1o studios work on one game, the workload can be spread out.
The second aspect is that global studio involvement will likely mean the inclusion of global perspectives. Through these studios working together, the collaboration will naturally occur, and global perspectives will inherently be considered.
This doesn’t ensure a perfect game, but it might give gamers hope that Ubisoft is trying to get the game done right. Only time will tell if this expanded influence will contribute to an improved game, but hopefully, Far Cry 6 will deliver an experience that’s worth playing and maybe even free of the crunch that has plagued video games for so long.
Marvel’s Avengers players may get a free Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy game item from now until July 1. Eidos Montréal, the studio behind Deus Ex and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, is in charge of the next Guardians of the Galaxy game, which Square Enix revealed a few weeks ago at E3 2021.
The debut of the game kicked off Square Enix’s E3 conference, offering fans a detailed glimpse at the game’s gameplay and combat systems. Players will be greeted with a narrative-driven journey involving choice and a diverse band of spacefaring misfits when the game launches this autumn.
Star-Lord will act as the lens through which the tale is conveyed, similar to the Marvel Cinematic Universe films. The game has already generated a lot of buzz, and now Marvel’s Avengers gamers can get in on the action as well.
From now until Thursday, July 1, all gamers may get a free Guardians of the Galaxy Epic Nameplate, according to Marvel’s Avengers’ Twitter account. According to the language on the post, this item is in honor of the latter title’s E3 2021 announcement.
The Epic Nameplate includes all five primary characters – Star-Lord, Groot, Gamora, Drax, and Rocket Raccoon – strewn throughout it. The free Nameplate may be found in the following tweet:
An Epic Nameplate appears to be a little gift, yet it is still a freebie. And it’s one that Marvel’s Avengers fans would want to get their hands on before July 1st, which is just a few days away. Those who’ve jumped back into the experience in recent weeks will especially want to take advantage of any and all free content that developer Crystal Dynamics has on offer.
Marvel’s Avengers, a live-action game, has failed to keep an audience since its release over a year ago. Future patches will attempt to turn the tide in this regard, but it’s unclear whether a No Man’s Sky or Rainbow Six Siege-style redemption storyline is in the works for the troubled game. By virtue of its single-player-focused structure, Guardians of the Galaxy may not encounter the same issues that plague the Avengers project.
