World of Tanks Modern Armor now has a new G.I. Joe-themed season, providing players access to a ton of new stuff, including the MOBAT and H.I.S.S. tanks. THIS YEAR another G.I. Joe crossover event pulled Duke and Cobra Commander into the battlefield, bringing the Joes into the World of Tanks ranks.
World of Tanks developer Wargaming has teamed up with Hasbro to create a G.I. Joe season that will run from now, June 29, until August 23. Players can play as heroic G.I. Joe soldiers or evil Cobra agents and go through 100 levels of content.
From Key Cards and Boost Ops to the “Cobra B.O.A.” Skin and T-54 First Prototype Tank, the season offers a variety of tasks and rewards. Season Pass holders will be able to access extra challenges and rewards, such as the MOBAT tank.
Meanwhile, Ultimate Season Pass holders will receive all of the standard and Season Pass benefits and immediate access to the Cobra H.I.S.S tank and Cobra 2D and 3D Commanders.
This is another fantastic crossover event for World of Tanks, which has seen more than its fair share of G.I. Joe-themed content in the previous year. Hot Wheels, for example, will take the wheel for a special event in September 2020. In December, Wargaming went above and above by bringing Chuck Norris to World of Tanks for a season of happiness.
