The Ultra Unlock Parts 1 & 2 rewards for Pokémon GO have been unveiled, containing shiny Palkia and Dialga versions that users may capture. Other Pokémon will also see a rise in appearance rates. Part 3 has also been teased, although the specifics of that event have yet to be revealed.
Pokémon GO Fest 2021, a large-scale in-game event, just ended. In the Global Challenge Arena, players are traditionally assigned a series of challenges to fulfill during the event. This year was no exception, with people from all around the world completing the 24 tasks available. As part of the Ultra Unlock event, special Pokémon are introduced to the game as a prize. For the length of the event, these are available to all players.
The first two portions of the event’s information have been published on the Pokémon GO website. The festival will take place from the end of July to the beginning of August. Dialga, who will appear in 5-star raids, will be prominent in Part 1: Time.
Some gamers will even have the opportunity to capture a gleaming version. Cranidos and Shieldon will also have higher appearance rates and a higher probability of becoming shiny. Palkia is the topic of Part 2: Space. It, too, will emerge in 5-star raids, maybe as a shiny, like its sister Legendary.
Pokémon like Heracross and Kangaskhan will have the same increased shiny rate in 3-star raids. Players will undoubtedly be eager to take advantage of the increased rates; after all, certain Pokémon, like Litwick, lack even shiny versions.
Part 1: Time will take place between July 23 and August 3, and Part 2: Space will follow shortly after (August 6 through 17). Part 3:??? will run for the remainder of August. As of this writing, the event’s current name is “question marks.”

Palkia, Dialga, and the other Pokémon arrive in the game owing to the interference of Hoopa, a Mythic Pokémon, during Pokémon GO Fest. Part 3 may go into further detail on the shattered space-time continuum, potentially resuming normalcy. It will take place from August 20 through August 31.
The Ultra Unlock event will allow Pokémon GO users the chance to catch select beloved Pokémon, regardless of in-game or real-world reasoning. Espurr and Magneton, two fan favorites, have been confirmed to feature in raids.
Dialga and Palkia are two of the franchise’s most beloved Legendaries, owing to their unique looks and abilities. It also serves as a great tie-in for the future Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl games, but it may just be a coincidence. Part 3’s intrigue may entice people who haven’t been interested in the previous installments. The fifth-anniversary celebrations are still going strong, and not even Hoopa’s naughty antics can put a stop to them.
