In “Genshin Impact,” Healers are characters who have the power to restore the HP of team members, and you need them to survive the toughest and most challenging of battles. Each healer in this role-playing gacha game has distinct healing methods, such as elemental skills, bursts, and even passive effects. These make them incredibly versatile.

For example, Healers Barbara Pegg (notice the Western surname) and Sangonomiya Kokomi use Hydro superpowers to heal continuously, while Bennett and Jean Gunnhildr offer healing but alongside attack boosts.

Having a Healer at your side lets you balance offensive strategies and keep surviving, ensuring you can explore the “Genshin Impact” worlds longer and enhance your readiness for combat in both solo and co-op play. Get to know the best Healer tier list in this guide.

Tier S

For Tier S, there’s no doubt it’s Kokomi. She’s great because of her consistent AOE healing that scales her HP. She teams up so well with Pyro DPS to deal very high output damage, then with Cryo for crowd control support. Reliable at that.

Starters love Kokomi because of how vast they can scale when it comes to healing, so it won’t take long for her healing powers to manifest. More so, both of her elemental skills feature passive healing abilities. It summons the so-called “bake-kurage” that automatically faces and attacks enemies. Her elemental burst also works magically.

If you wish to use Kokomi on your team, you can pair her with Dendro, Electro, or Hydro to take the best path forward.

In S Tier, Bennett is also fantastic. His burst heals so fast and powerfully within the zone while also dealing massive ATK buff to his team. Also very versatile and popular at that.

Tier A

Meanwhile, in Tier A, three Healers share the spotlight. First, you have Gunnhildr with her Elemental Burst that can heal a considerable amount of HP and consistently regen her team within the Anemo field for three seconds. She can pull enemies closer together, too. However, she may only stand out for emergency healing.

Then, you have Diona. She can keep your team in the safest grounds with her healing prowess. With her own version of the Elemental Burst, she can shield you. She can also team up well with Hydro to freeze opponents, as well as with Electro to reduce their physical resistances, and Pyro to increase damage spike majorly.

Lastly, for Tier A, it’s Sayu. She can heal her team with Elemental Burst and cause Swirl whenever she uses her wind power on nearby opponents using Hydro, Pyro, Cryo, and Electro, all capable of dealing additional damage while increasing her mobility significantly.

Tier B

For Tier B, you can look in particular at four solid Healers, namely Noelle, Pegg, Qiqi, and Kuki Shinobu.

At the end of the day, Noelle is among the most versatile Healer characters in “Genshin Impact,” considering you build her right. Her constellations are very easily accessible. She is a rugged Geo main DPS option or, otherwise, defensive support due to her healing capabilities. Her healing compares to those of some of the five-star characters in “Genshin Impact.”

Then, you have Pegg. You will love her because she is among the free healers in this game. She is one of the first characters you can use specifically for healing. But that doesn’t mean she cannot be your main healer since she can even surpass her sister, Jean. Both her Elemental Skill and Burst offer a focus on healing. Don’t forget to try her Elemental Mastery.

How about Qiqi? Well, believe it or not, she is a zombie pharmacist, but she is a beautiful zombie. Many “Genshin Impact” gamers consider her the best early-game Healer. Generally, she complements Jean as what one lacks, the other provides. Both her Elemental Skill and Burst provide passive healing, are easy to activate, and allow you to switch to a different character if you wish.

Finally, you have Kuki Shinobu. She was the first-ever Electro Healer to be introduced in the game. Initially, gamers won’t see her as a strong Healer, but with her Dendro Reactions, her true capabilities show up, making her an indispensable Healer for teams that want to have a constant supply of Electro attacks, particularly in Aggravate, Spread, and Hyperbloom teams. PVP Live recommends experimenting with her Elemental Mastery with her HP. You’ll see why.

However, sad to say, all those Healers in Tier B are not the most versatile you can have in “Genshin Impact.”

Here’s a quick look at the last remaining Tiers.

Tier C

Healers in Tier C are Situational. They are not the best in the game since they don’t have as high a healing output as the other characters in the higher Tiers. However, they can still be helpful, nevertheless.

You have Xingqiu who can reduce damage and add Hydro, playable Geo character Gorou who can accelerate defense, Zhongli who can provide shields, Yaoyao who uses Dendro to heal, and Mika Schmidt who does Cryo for healing.

Tier D

In Tier D, you can have niche healers. The list has Dori Sangemah Bay, Faruzan, Xinyan, and Candace, who you won’t regret to have. They may not heal as much and don’t offer as much utility, but each shines in its own way. Bay can help your team recharge energy, while Faruzan can provide an Anemo DMG bonus. Xinyan can provide a shield and deal significant damage, while Candace can apply Hydro for damage.

Overall, take this guide with a grain of salt. Even if this list has a particular Healer on the lower rank, that doesn’t mean they cannot serve you well in “Genshin Impact.” The best Healer will depend on your team composition, playstyle, and the bosses you are facing. You are advised to try several Healers to find your perfect match.
