Winter Survival Simulator is an upcoming game developed by DRAGO Entertainment and published by Movie Games S.A. This is a harrowing title that is based on real events, and the development team really wanted to maintain the realistic atmosphere of the game.
As a matter of fact, they invited Marek Kamiński to work on the game alongside them. If you don’t know who he is, Kamiński is a Polish extreme traveler – so extreme that he’s the first person ever to reach both poles without any external help.
In Winter Survival Simulator, what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing hike turned into a dreadful situation after you fell from a certain height. The good news is that you don’t have any major injuries; the bad news is that you lost everything – including your bag of supplies.
At this point, you have to find shelter and food to get by as you try and make your way to an old ranger station to call for help. In Winter Survival Simulator, everything is against you – weather and wildlife included.
This isn’t a fighting game and it’s supposed to be as realistic as possible. As such, there’s no way for you to fight off wild animals such as bears and wolves, since you probably won’t win against a large predator.
What you can do, however, is plan your route and stay away as far as possible from animals’ territories. Do you have the willpower to survive this treacherous journey?
Winter Survival Simulator is currently undergoing development and will be available for the PC via Steam this 2021.
