An Everspace 2 trailer has just been released along with its Early Access release date of December 2020. The original Everspace game was a space frontier rogue-like game but the sequel will now feature an open world looting shooting game that is being developed by Rockfish Games.
The developers stated that this was the space game they have always wanted to create but due to lack of funds, they weren’t able to do it in the first game. The release of the sequel was set to release this September but was delayed earlier because of the implications of the coronavirus pandemic. Players who want to check out the game now can download its free demo available on Steam right now.
The new trailer features amazing in-game shots of alien environments including orbiting of exploding planets, asteroid fields, floating ship wreckages, planetary atmospheres, floating cities, massive storms, and mining colonies.
The game will feature first and third-person perspectives with alien ships moving in and out of obstructions while fighting against each other. Alongside the majestic scenes, the game also comes with catchy music that makes playing the game more exciting.
