Just Dance 2021 Announced For Nintendo Switch

During the unexpected Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase, it was revealed that Just Dance 2021 will be released on the Nintendo Switch. Well, this didn’t come as a surprise, but we’re still pretty stoked about it!

This most recent installment in the Just Dance franchise features new songs and modes. Not only that, but it’s also said to have a new and improved World Dance Floor which we can’t wait to try out. Get your groove on, as this feature allows you to compete with Just Dancers from all over the world.

Just Dance 2021 has over 40 new songs, including hit songs like Dua Lipa’s “Don’t Start Now” and TWICE’s “Feel Special.” For the complete list of the official songs announced so far, you can check it out here. The Nintendo eShop states the following features:

  • One month FREE of Just Dance Unlimited included. This subscription streaming service lets you dance to over 550 songs!

  • Play with friends and share the fun with co-op mode.

  • Dance the way you like by creating your own personalized custom playlists.

  • Enjoy eight new kid-friendly songs and choreographies for a family-fun experience.

  • Use your smartphone to track moves with the Just Dance Controller app – no additional accessories required! Up to six players can join!

This fun yet sweat-inducing game is scheduled to be released on November 12, 2020, and if you head on over to the eShop, you can add it to your wishlist right now. Not only will it be available on the Switch though, but you can play it on other gaming consoles such as the PlayStation, Xbox, and Stadia.

Currently, there is no news as to whether or not it will be released on the Wii and Wii U. Understandably, some Wii users are sad about it.

Nevertheless, we’re definitely keeping our eyes peeled this November for Just Dance 2021. Who knew exercising could be this fun?
