In honor of the recently released Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, Xbox created two new custom Xbox Series X consoles and Xbox Wireless Controllers based on the game’s iconic characters. Xbox attempts to capture the essence of both characters, not only through their appearance in the vibrant fighter Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl but also through the cartoons we grew up watching.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl attempts to compete with platform fighters such as Super Smash Bros. Ultimate by incorporating all of our favorite Nickelodeon characters and pitting them against one another.
Nickelodeon characters from all eras have made the cut. However, two, in particular, were chosen for limited-edition Xbox Series X consoles. The designs on the custom Xbox Series X consoles honor the beloved characters.
Yes, both SpongeBob SquarePants and Leonardo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have been given new looks in the form of Xbox Series X consoles. The Leonardo-inspired console includes a montage of images of the iconic hero, including a “No Foot Clan” symbol, as well as his favorite food, pizza. While no Krabby Patties are available for the SpongeBob console, the custom console faithfully recreates the shape and feel of SpongeBob SquarePants.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is a new 2D fighting game with 20 iconic Nickelodeon characters from the late 1990s and early 2000s. Like other games with iconic fighters such as Smash Bros. and Jump Force, it provides an answer to a question that many fans have.
“What if my favorite character was pitted against a character from this genre?” Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl isn’t Nickelodeon’s first idea for their characters. Nickelodeon Super Brawl was featured on the Nickelodeon website as a set of browser games. Then, in 2018, a mobile device version was released.
On the other hand, fans now have a game that is optimized for the Xbox Series X|S, and they can brawl it out in platform battles. The all-star cast includes characters from SpongeBob SquarePants and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra, The Loud House, and Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, The Wild Thornberrys, Hey Arnold!, and other shows.
