Pokemon GO Festival of Lights Event Details Revealed

The Festival of Lights, when darkness is conquered by light, has been confirmed as one of the next Pokemon GO events for November. Dedenne, along with other electric Pokémon, appears to bring this electrifying light. With Halloween behind us, this is a great time to commemorate and maintain friendships with fellow trainers by providing gifts and stickers.

Though the month’s first event, Pokemon GO’s celebration of Dia De Muertos, has already begun, the month will be jam-packed with more events and new Pokémon. Unless there is a change, the Festival of Lights begins at 10:00 a.m. on November 5th and ends at 8:00 p.m. on November 14th local time. The focus of this event will be on friendship and gift-giving.

Friendship levels will increase twice as fast during this event, gifts will deliver additional benefits, and players will be able to open up to 45 gifts every day. Pokemon GO players will be treated to huge firework displays in-game over the first few days of the Festival of Lights, as trainers around the world celebrate Diwali.

As the sun rises higher in the sky, fans will notice that the Pokemon GO Season of Mischief plot will last a little longer. Players who finish the Special Research for this narrative will be invited to a special event with Hoopa at the end of the season.

Trainers should keep an eye on Professor Willow as he continues his research on Hoopa and be on the lookout for Team Rocket members who have become aware of the study. More Team Rocket members will appear in balloons and at PokeStops in Pokemon GO as the storyline progresses.

In addition, for the occasion, new avatar items and stickers will be available. Trainers may pick up a complimentary Festival of Lights T-shirt from the shop during the event, which was inspired by Indian traditions.

To commemorate the debut of Dedenne to Pokemon GO, new items and stickers have been added. The shop will sell cute Dedenne-inspired avatar goods like a hat, shoes, and backpack. Fans will be able to obtain charming Dedenne stickers in various positions by opening gifts and spinning PokeStops. These stickers will also be sold in the game’s shop.

Without fresh raid opponents, no event would be complete. Many electric Pokémon will be accessible during this event’s raids, including Chinchou and Dedenne for one-star raids and Alolan Raichu and Electrabuzz for three-star raids.

With the distinctive attack Sacred Sword, Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion will demonstrate their strength in five-star raids. Mega Manectric will be featured in new Mega Raids to entice trainers into battle. Magnemite, Electabuzz, Electrike, Blitzle, and other Pokémon will be accessible to catch during Field Research. Dedenne may be encountered by lucky trainers fulfilling Research objectives.

November is proving to be a month full of surprises for Pokémon trainers, with the first event already underway and several more planned throughout the month, including the November Pokemon GO Community Day event. Trainers will have something to look forward to as they celebrate the Festival of Lights in Pokémon GO with these electrifying Pokemon and goods, with more activities coming shortly.
