Kena Bridge of Spirits Will Only Be A Time Limited PlayStation Exclusive

Fans of Kena: Bridge of Spirits have questioned if the game would be released on other platforms in the future since it was released as a limited-time PlayStation and Epic Games Store exclusive. According to a recent interview with Ember Lab, the answer looks to be yes, indicating that Kena: Bridge of Spirits may be released on Xbox in the near future.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is presently a timed PlayStation exclusive, which means it won’t be transferred to another system until after a specific amount of time has passed. Ember Lab confirmed this in an interview with SegmentNext. Ember Lab neither confirmed nor denied the likelihood of an Xbox version in the future when questioned about it.

The creators stated that they would be concentrating on the PlayStation edition of the game as well as responding to fan demands such as a physical release of Kena: Bridge of Spirits and the addition of other languages. In addition, Ember Labs told Segment Next that “We’re now concentrating on our scheduled, exclusive launches for PlayStation and Epic Games. After the launch and some relaxation, we’ll look into further platform releases.”

Playing Kena: Bridge of Spirits on PS5 is already known to be a much different experience from playing it on PS4. The PS5 version uses the PS5 controller’s Haptic Feedback and DualSense Adaptive Trigger features to their best potential.

It’s unclear whether Ember Lab will be able to make use of the next Xbox systems and controllers in the same way. If this is the case, the journey through Kena: Bridge of Spirit’s beautiful sceneries may be just as breathtaking as it is on PlayStation.

Ember Lab is said to be quite popular among the Kena: Bridge of Spirits PlayStation community. The game’s graphics, which might be regarded as one of its primary charms, as well as its comprehensive Photo Mode, have been shown off by the creators. According to the interview, Ember Lab’s major objective was to offer an excellent game to PlayStation and PC owners.

Now that the game has been launched, it may shift its attention to prospective ports, but it is also conceivable to work on a whole new project. Ember Lab does not appear to have disclosed any firm intentions for the studio’s future as of this writing.
