League of Legends Patch 11.4 is available now to all players, as it was released February 18, 2021. It includes changes for Katarina, Virgo, Samira, Urgot, and more. Here are some of the balance changes that come with the Patch 11.4 update:
Amumu – Buffed
The base HP is increased from 613 to 615. In addition, Tantrum damage is increased to 75/100/125/150/175 from 75/95/115/135/155.
Braum – Buffed
For Braum, Glacial Fissure® has cooldown decreased from 140/120/100 to 120/100/80.
Caitlyn – Buffed
For Caitlin, the attack speed grown moves to 4% from 3.55%. In addition, the damage growth increased from 3.3 to 3.8.
Camille – Nerfed
For Camille, Tactical Sweep (W) has the cooldown increased from 15/13.5/12/10.5/9.
Fiora – Buffed
For Fiora, Duelist’s Dance (Passive) has max damage increased from 2.5% (+4.5% per 100 AD) to 3% (+5.5% per 100 AD).
Jinx – Buffed
The HP increased from 550 to 610.
Kai’Sa – Nerfed
For Kai’Sa, the damage per missile was decreased from 45/61.25/77.5/93.75/110 to 40/55/70/85/100. In addition, the max single target damage decreased from 101.25/137.8125/174.375/210.9275/247.5 to 90/123.75/191.25/225. The evolved max damage decreased from 168.75/229.6875/290.625/351.5625/412.5 to 150/206.25/262.5/318.75/375.
Katarina – Changed
For Katarina, Death Lotus® had its on-hit damage modifier increase from 25% to 25/30/35%. The physical damage per dagger also increased, and the tooltip specifies that it applies on-attack effects and on-hit effects.
Lee Sin – Buffed
The Sonic Wave (Q) had its cooldown decreased from 11/10/9/8/7 to 10/9/8/7/6.
Renekton – Nerfed
Cull the Meek had non-champion healing decreased from 3/4/5/6/7.5/9 to 3/4/5/6/7. In addition, enhanced non-champion healing was decreased from 9/13.5/18/22.5/27 to 9/12/15/18/21.
Samira – Changed
Daredevil Impulse (Passive) had Melee damage bonus AD ratio changed from 7.5% to 3.5 to 10.5%.
Flair (Q) had the AD ration changed from 100% to 80/87.5/95/102.5/110%.
Blae Whirl (W) had the duration decreased from one second to 0.75 seconds.
Wild Rush (E) had the dash speed decreased from 2050 to 1600.
Samira no longer dashes through allies.
Samira now dashes through enemy towers and targets champions over towers.
Inferno Trigger ®had the cooldown increased from three seconds to eight seconds.
Skarner – Nerfed
The Base HP decreased from 601 to 580.
The HP per level decreased from 90 to 85.
Soraka – Buffed
Starcall (Q) had the bonus movement speed increased from 15/17.5/22.5/25% to 20/22.5/25/27.5/30%.
Astral Infusion (W) has heal increased from 90/125/160/195/230 to 100/135/170/205/240.
Talon – Buffed
Rake (W) had cooldown decreased from 9 to 9/8.5/8/7.5/7.
Bonus damage ratio increased from 40% to 55%.
Tryndamere – Buffed
The base AD increased from 69 to 72.
Urgot – buffed
Purge (W) has on-hit damage ratio increased from 50% to 75%.
Varus – Changed
Blighted Quiver (W) has actively changed from 0 – 50% to 0 – 80% increased damage based on Q.
Max damage was increased from 9 – 21% to 10.8 – 25.2% max HP damage.
Veigar – Buffed
Baleful Strike (Q) has Mana cost decreased from 40/45/50/55/60 to 30/35/40/45/50.
Primordial Burst® had cooldown decreased from 120/100/80 to 120/90/60.
