‘Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time’ remake leaked on Amazon UK

A Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake has been listed on Amazon UK which is apparently for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The listing on Amazon UK also put a placeholder release date of December 31, 2020, and a retail price of £34.99.

The remake was also rumored to be announced during the next Ubisoft Forward happening on September 10, according to Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier. The sad news is, that analysts claim that the soon-to-be-announced game will not be released on the Nintendo Switch.

The Prince of Persia franchise hasn’t gotten any new installments since The Forgotten Sands back in 2010. However, the rumors are apparently true that fans are really getting a remake of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. The rumors of a Prince of Persia remake have been swirling on the web for quite some time now. Now, it’s almost guaranteed that Ubisoft is actually working on one.

Aside from the Amazon UK leak, The Russian UPlay store also leaked the game through a banner and a short video. Both banner and video feature the game’s title and an improved visual style.

However, the rumors were all verified after fans noticed a Prince of Persia tease on Ubisoft Forward’s September promotional photo. The image on the top left show’s one of Prince of Persia’s most iconic puzzles in the original game.

Regardless, fans won’t have to wait any longer to get official news about the next Prince of Persia game. The next Ubisoft Forward is happening today at 8 PM UK, 3 PM ET, and 12 PM ET.

An announcement trailer for Woodsalt has been released and so far, it looks pretty intriguing. Scheduled to be released on October 13 for the PC and Nintendo Switch, Woodsalt is a JRPG that’s set 1000 years in the future.

You play as the character Emcy, an Earth-born man who has been asleep for 1000 years. He wakes up to find himself on the planet Nu-Terra, a city that’s enclosed in a bubble. The thing is, the people on Nu-Terra are waiting for a sign that they can go back to Earth, but it appears that not everyone is as excited to return.

There’s unrest within the community at Nu-Terra, and there’s a conspiracy that implies humanity shouldn’t leave. Meanwhile, Emcy finds himself constantly haunted by an unknown voice that only he can hear.

Woodsalt gives off pretty creepy vibes with a hint of ’90s JRPG. Some people would even say that it’s inspired by Persona. With Team Woodsalt’s debut game, help guide Emcy around Nu-Terra, converse with the citizens, and try to discover the secrets about what happened on Earth.

This upcoming indie title has multiple endings in store for you, as well as numerous side plots that have their own immersive storyline. To be more specific, Woodsalt has 3 main story endings whereas its side plots have 22 possible endings.

Have you ever been in a life or death situation? If not, Winter Survival Simulator will help emulate that experience for you, albeit virtually.

Winter Survival Simulator is an upcoming game developed by DRAGO Entertainment and published by Movie Games S.A. This is a harrowing title that is based on real events, and the development team really wanted to maintain the realistic atmosphere of the game.

As a matter of fact, they invited Marek Kamiński to work on the game alongside them. If you don’t know who he is, Kamiński is a Polish extreme traveler – so extreme that he’s the first person ever to reach both poles without any external help.

In Winter Survival Simulator, what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing hike turned into a dreadful situation after you fell from a certain height. The good news is that you don’t have any major injuries; the bad news is that you lost everything – including your bag of supplies.

At this point, you have to find shelter and food to get by as you try and make your way to an old ranger station to call for help. In Winter Survival Simulator, everything is against you – weather and wildlife included.

This isn’t a fighting game and it’s supposed to be as realistic as possible. As such, there’s no way for you to fight off wild animals such as bears and wolves, since you probably won’t win against a large predator.

What you can do, however, is plan your route and stay away as far as possible from animals’ territories. Do you have the willpower to survive this treacherous journey?

Banner of the Maid’s First DLC Announced for PS4 and Switch

Banner of the Maid was released on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 last August 12, and it’s been pretty successful. Now, Azure Flame Studio has announced that the title’s first DLC, The Oriental Pirate, will also be released on those consoles this upcoming September 15.

In this DLC, you are introduced to Mu Zhiyun, who is an oriental pirate serving under Ching Shih. She sailed across the ocean to reach Europe, bringing along with her a secret agenda. Check out the gameplay trailer here.

Banner of the Maid is a turn-based JRPG set in an alternate world during the French Revolution. The game is pretty easy to love, with its fantasy elements and beautiful anime art style.

The base game has you playing as the young officer Pauline Bonaparte, and you’re tasked to lead your troops to victory through dynamic turn-based style fights. However, there’s more to Pauline than being just an officer, though. She is also a Maid, which is one of those fabled women with mysterious powers.

The Oriental Pirate DLC gives you 5 new challenge missions. In addition, you will also be able to unlock a brand-new quest line once you finish Chapter 18 of the main campaign. However, you will need to have Thérèse in your army in order to unlock it.

The Oriental Pirate will be available on the Nintendo Switch eShop as well as the PlayStation Store for $4.99 upon release.

Newest Fortnite Pack Lets You Become a Samurai Scrapper

The fourth season of Fortnite has been full of new content, especially with this season being full of Marvel-themed content. Fornite has never been afraid to provide the players with various kinds of cosmetics so that each and everyone can customize their character the way they want.

These cosmetic upgrades can be achieved in different ways. One way is by leveling up in the battle pass and unlocking the skins as a result, or by buying bundle packs at the game’s item shop.

Speaking of, the official Fortnite Twitter account has announced that they are releasing a brand-new pack called the Samurai Scrapper.

This pack is a bit more expensive than others ($15.99), but it consists of so many goodies for your character. The pack comes with two rare skins for the Samurai Scrapper Taiga Hero – one with a helmet and mask, and one without.

Purchasing this pack will also give you a rare back bling banner as well as a Copper Scrapper Spear pickaxe. That’s not all: the Samurai Scrapper pack gives you access to the ‘Save the World’ PvE campaign.

You will also have the Samurai Scrapper Challenges, which is a series of ‘Save the World’ daily quests. If you do complete these quests successfully, you could be rewarded with up to 1,000 V-Bucks and 1000 X-Ray tickets.

The Samurai Scrapper Pack can be purchased on Fortnite’s item store, the Xbox Store, or the PlayStation Store.

The Suicide of Rachel Foster is an atmospheric game that recounts the story of Nicole, who hopes to fulfill her deceased mother’s wish of uncovering the dark past of their family. Patch Notes Released for Final Fantasy XIV 5.31 Update

A brand-new update for Final Fantasy XIV has dropped, bringing new content as well as bug fixes to the game. Patch 5.31 focuses on the side story called the Ishgardian Restoration, which will feature several story and side quests.

This new, third phase for the Ishgardian Restoration brings with it the construction of a brand-new commercial district. As such, there have been some adjustments made to the items from the previous phase. For instance, you can no longer collect stamps for the Kupo of Fortune.

Not only that, but there have been some updates made to the Diadem. For one thing, you now have the ability to gather new items in the Diadem and then give them to Flotpassant in the Firmament.

Among the many additions, you will find a new hairstyle as well, which is based on an FFXIV Hairstyle Design Contest entry. In order to use this hairstyle, however, you first have to unlock it. The Final Fantasy XIV 5.31 update also features a brand new emote, a new Megalotragus Mount, new and adorable parasols, as well as new glamour items.

Just like your regular patch, this one also features system and bug fixes. There are countless issues that were resolved in patch 5.31, such as when players couldn’t target the NPC Nervy Nipper with a gamepad or keyboard when doing the “This One’s for the Lovers” quest.

Six years ago today, gamers began an epic adventure with the first release of Destiny. Now, six years later, Bungie and the community as a whole has achieved so much, such as “raising over $8.5 million for Little Lights and worthy causes all over the world.”

Victoria Rosenthal recently created the official Destiny cookbook, but she’s not stopping there. To celebrate the game’s sixth anniversary, she has generously shared her “Infinite Forest” Chocolate Cake recipe, which you can find here.

New Bungie Store Items

Destiny’s 6th birthday also brings with it new items and collectibles on the Bungie store. One of the things you’ll find for sale is a new poster by Kevin Raganit, which showcases the familiar faces of beloved characters.

Not only that, but you will also find a new Destiny birthday mug and t-shirt among other items.

Xbox Game Pass

Wonderful news! Both Destiny 2: Shadowkeep and Destiny 2: Forsaken expansions will be made available on the Xbox Game Pass this September 22. This is a great opportunity for you to binge the game.

On a related note, Destiny 2: Beyond Light will also be made available on November 10.

New Gameplay Details for The Walking Dead Onslaught Revealed

On the official PlayStation Blog, Survios Inc. and AMC revealed new gameplay details for the upcoming PlayStation VR survival game The Walking Dead Onslaught. Andrew Abedian, who is the project lead for the game, discusses more about what you can expect once the game is released.

The Walking Dead Onslaught is set between Season 8 and 9 of AMC’s TV series. As such, the game is set during a time that’s filled with uncertainty and the survivors don’t really know what to expect for their future.

Abedian then states that they’ve decided to theme the game around the idea of rebuilding their lives after losing so much. This, then, starts with the Alexandria Safe Zone, which is where the leading cast now calls home.

The players will be able to understand each differing viewpoint on a deeper level, as you will be able to swap between the two perspectives.

Not only that, but you will also be able to venture out and collect resources for your newfound home, Alexandria, such as food and fuel. In turn, the community will also grow as the safe zone will be able to host new survivors. As the player, you will receive letters as well as requests from the survivors wherein you have to find specific items, for instance.

You have full control over what you want to do and how you want Alexandria to grow and progress. You can craft different materials that you can use to upgrade weapons in the Armory, or build new structures for the benefit of the community.

Speaking of the Armory, you will find all the weapons you’ve discovered here. In this arsenal, you will be able to explore and experiment with The Walking Dead Onslaught’s different weapons – from the Kingdom’s battle axes to Rick’s revolver.

Of course, you will have to craft these upgrades first.

Last but not least, we have the Standard and Deluxe editions for The Walking Dead Onslaught, which Abedian also announces in the Blog post. The digital release will be on September 29, while the physical disc release will follow around October.

That being said, preorders are now available on PlayStation 4, Oculus, and Steam.
