Far Cry 6’s apparent tale of dictatorship and dark family legacy doesn’t look like it’s going to be a laughing matter, but seeing a measly chicken escape from the grasp of Antón Castillo’s forces and inadvertently spark a fierce rebellion is certainly funny. Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles will allow fans to relive the events of the first season of the anime as well as the movie Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train.

The teaser rushes over numerous classic scenes from the anime, including Tanjiro’s battle with the legendary strong spider demon Rui and Zenitsu’s combat with another spider demon. Fans of the series will recognize several of the characters in the clip, including Nezuko and Shinobu. Inosuke, a fan favorite from Demon Slayer, made a few cameos as well.

Fans of the series rejoiced at the prospect of the game covering the anime’s plot through the Mugen Train arc, which was the topic of the series’ film. The teaser concludes with Rengoku, the flaming swordmaster, facing a battle against the mighty demon Akaza, a confrontation that many spectators regarded as a highlight of the film.
