New Launch Title For The Xbox Series X Has Been Confirmed

0
capsule_616x353-5

During the Inside Xbox event last May, players got their first look at a new game called Bright Memory: Infinite – a significantly expanded edition of the critically acclaimed FPS game Bright Memory.

The Bright Memory: Infinite trailer was one of the most-talked about cinematic from the event and while Xbox fans will still wait until 2021 to play the game, chances are they will be getting the original edition as a launch title for Microsoft’s next-gen consoles.

FYQD, the developer behind Bright Memory, has announced that the original version of the game is aiming to become a launch title for the Xbox Series X. FYQD announced the news during the recently concluded Playism Game Show, where the developer also revealed that the forthcoming Bright Memory: Infinite is scheduled to be released as an Xbox Series X exclusive game in 2021.

For players who are unfamiliar with Bright Memory, the game is an FPS that incorporates elements from the hack and slash action games such as Devil May Cry. Players have several abilities they can use to pass through terrains and kill enemies. The game can be beaten in just a few hours, but while the gameplay is short, the game was well-received by gamers and critics during its early release in Steam last year.

Bright Memory is the latest game to be added to the Xbox Series X launch game lineup which is mostly composed of cross-gen third-party titles. Obviously, the two most popular games included in the Xbox Series X launch lineup are Watch Dogs Legion and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, although there are also a few first-party titles present as well.

For first-party games, fans can expect an upgraded edition of Forza Horizon 4, as well as the debut of Gears Tactics. It’s most likely that a few other games scheduled as a “holiday 2020” release will also be joining the lineup such as Bloober Team’s The Medium, but the developers will have to confirm this yet.

While there are a lot of games to look forward to joining the Xbox Series X launch games lineup, there is no denying that there is a lack of major first-party exclusives. Initially, Microsoft tried releasing Halo Infinite as a launch title for the Xbox Series X but due to unforeseen circumstances, the developers were forced to delay the highly-anticipated FPS game until next year.

While fans will still have to endure a long wait until Halo Infinite is released, there should be a variety of great third-party games releasing every now and then to fill its void especially now that Microsoft has acquired ZeniMax Media.

maxresdefault-6823656

Zenimax Media is the parent company of the developer that is popular for its projects like Fall Out and The Elder Scrolls, Bethesda, for $7.5 billion cash. Joining Bethesda, Microsoft also acquired new developer studios as part of the huge deal as well including ZeniMax Online Studios, Tango Gameworks, Arkane, MachineGames, id Software, and more. This just means fans can expect more Xbox exclusive games from Microsoft now that they own a few new game developer studios.

Bright Memory is now available on the PC and is set to launch on the Xbox Series X on November 10, 2020.

Epic Games Invests $15M in Game Creation Tool ‘Core’

Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney once said that the future of games lies in the hands of the consumers and not the developers. Now, it appears that the company is finally putting money where its mouth is.

More specifically, Epic Games has made a $15 million investment in Manticore Games, which is the company behind the game creation and sharing system tool called Core. The purpose of Core is that it allows anyone – emphasis on anyone – to create online multiplayer games and share them with either a close circle of friends or the entire world.

It’s somewhat similar to PlayStation’s Dreams, although it’s not as stylish or surprising. In addition to that, Core has amazing plans for a creator economy wherein the most popular game designers will be able to earn money out of what they have made. For starters, Manticore Games is putting $1 million towards paying creators.

Tyler Wilde from PC Gamer tried Core earlier this year, and although it’s a cool tool to mess around with friends, he wasn’t mind-blown by what it has to offer. Epic Games, on the other hand, could see potential and this huge investment will definitely help the tool get off the ground that much faster.

screenshot-docs-coregames-com-2020-09-23-17_23_21

Speaking of the investment, Epic President Adam Sussman once again asserted his commitment and belief that sooner or later, the gaming industry will become an open platform.

He is aiming for a system wherein users are the ones who drive the market of the gaming world and at the same time, they are able to build multiplayer games for one another with convenience and ease. Sussman even goes on to describe it as a “metaverse playground where players can discover endless entertainment.”

Although this may not happen for a long time, Sussman actually might not be that far off. Recent releases have shown us time and time again how much power a player can have when given even just a little bit of creative license.

As a matter of fact, these games usually end up becoming one of the most long-lived and enjoyed titles of all time. Let’s take Minecraft as an example, as it is a game where creativity is celebrated and commended.

Minecraft is turning 11 years old this year, yet it’s still one of the most-played games out there. This just goes to show that fans will always want the chance to show off their creativity in a game.

screenshot-docs-coregames-com-2020-09-23-17_49_03

Another example is Animal Crossings: New Horizons, as its creative aspect is one of the reasons why the game is so popular. This serves as further proof that gamers simply love getting the chance to express their creativity.

Although there are other tools that empower players to create their own games, such as RPG Maker and Dreams, they are not quite as ambitious as Core.

We have yet to see how Manticore Games will make use of the $15 million investment, but Core is in open Alpha right now and you can download and play it for free.

Do keep in mind that since it’s still in open Alpha, a lot of changes could be made once the official version gets released. For now, it’s a great way to get a feel for the tool and see what it has to offer.

New Bithell Games Title Re-imagines Solitaire as a Spy Game

Not a lot of card games remain relevant until this very day like Solitaire has been, and it’s all thanks to Microsoft’s version for entertaining users on boring days or on days when the internet connection just didn’t seem to cooperate.

Now, however, indie studio Bithell Games has decided to shake things up a notch by using Solitaire as an inspiration for their new spy-themed title known as The Solitaire Conspiracy. Well, more specifically, the game’s Steam page states that it is “inspired by a variant of solitaire called Streets and Alleys.”

Studio head Mike Bithell announced the news over at Twitter, saying that the title will be the latest entry in its “Bithell Games Shorts” collection. This collection is made up of smaller, more experimental titles as opposed to the studio’s bigger projects like John Wick Hex and Volume.

Although other games in the Shorts collection like Subsurface Circular and Quarantine Circular were launched unannounced, Bithell says that given the current state of things, it’s better to hype up the game and build up at least a bit of interest around it before the studio launches it next month.

For a game that’s considered to be a part of their Shorts collection, The Solitaire Conspiracy sounds like an extensive game. Bithell describes it “Solitaire, but extra,” as they have reimagined the simple card game into a sci-fi thriller.

In this title, players have to rebuild Protego, the world’s leading spy agency, in the face of a global threat.

Not only will The Solitaire Conspiracy have a full-on story-driven campaign mode with cutscenes, it will also feature several modes, original character designs, as well as a beautiful soundtrack composed by Jon Everist.

You might know him from games such as Battletech and Shadowrun: Dragonfall, as he also did some work for those titles.

ss_aff15d257e8e8b980131c3b201c1f26b7b3abc53-1920x1080-4922299

Among its many other features, you will also find extra powers and effects, along with time attack and skirmish modes that will allow you to keep on playing a game of solitaire without it getting stale.

We’re also glad to know that the upcoming game won’t have any microtransactions whatsoever. Since it’s a card game, it’s understandable that a lot of players might think that Bithell Games might charge for extra powerups or speed bonuses. However, the indie studio has thankfully clarified that this is not the case.

Throughout the years, many developers have tried their hand at creating games inspired by Solitaire. For instance, there’s Regency Solitaire by Grey Alien Games, which is best described as the love child of a Jane Eyre novel and Solitaire.

However, this entry by Bithell Games appears to be one of the more promising attempts. As for the title’s launch, Bithell says that he’ll continue to talk about The Solitaire Conspiracy as well as the people who helped make it over the next couple of weeks leading up to its release.

The Solitaire Conspiracy is scheduled to be released on October 6 on Steam, but you can also add it to your wishlist on the Epic Games Store.

Arkane Studios, Developer of Dishonored, Now Hiring For Unknown Project

Following the announcement yesterday regarding Microsoft’s acquisition of Zenimax Media and Bethesda – which has naturally shaken the gaming community – a lot of people are now wondering what new and exclusive titles will make its way to the Xbox in the years to come.

Of course, many are expecting that The Elder Scrolls 6 and Starfield would be released exclusively for the Xbox Series X. However, it’s definitely worth considering what other new IPs could be created on the platform with the help of this deal.

That being said, it appears that a Bethesda studio could possibly be working on one of these new IPs. This assumption was made possible by the fact that Arkane Studios recently posted some job listings for an unknown AAA project.

This information was reported by MauroNL on Twitter, saying that the listings appear to imply that the unannounced project will have an online component, as well as allegedly having live-service elements too.

According to the aforementioned Twitter user, two out of the three job openings at Arkane Lyons state that they are “seeking talented Engine Programmers to join us for a new unannounced project.”

It also appears that whatever this new project is, it might be a game that potentially features a change in engine from Arkane Studio’s previously-released games. The possibility for this assumption is high, given the fact that they’re looking to hire a lead tech animator who has experience using Unreal Engine 4.

As MauroNL stated, Arkane used idTech and Source Engine hybrids in its previous games, so an engine switch could be on the table.

The most interesting part of this set of tweets, however, is left until last. MauroNL goes on to say that Arkane’s server engine listing requires the applicant to have “expertise with network and online features.”

ark20_worldbuilding_distillery-8081811

The job description seems to imply that whatever game the studio is currently working on, it appears to be more multiplayer-focused than any other game in Arkane’s current portfolio so far.

Not only that, but the listing goes on to say that the applicant should have “experience in a ‘Live’ environment (ongoing support of a product after launch).” This could possibly mean that the mystery game will follow the path of popular games such as Destiny, Anthem, or Marvel’s Avengers.

Without a doubt, it’s hard to assume too much at the moment given the fact that the information we have right now is hardly even the bare minimum. However, basing on the details that we do know, it definitely looks like Arkane Studios is planning to work on a game that is more online-focused.

If our speculations are correct, this would definitely be a welcome change for the studio, considering the company’s previous titles.

ark20_worldbuilding_talosi-5187686

Online mechanics are something that Arkane Studios has been dabbling in recently, though. This can be seen in its upcoming stealth-action game called Deathloop, which is a game that allows online opponents to raid your game in order to prevent you from assassinating your designated target.

Speaking of Deathloop, it will continue to be released to the PlayStation 5 and PC next year, as Microsoft will be respecting Sony and Bethesda’s exclusivity deal.

Naughty Dog Renames The Last of Us’ Annual “Outbreak Day” Event

In The Last of Us’ universe, September 26 is a very memorable day. After all, it’s the fateful day when the deadly cordyceps virus was released to the public and the reason why the world was sent into chaos. It’s also the reason for the franchise’s post-apocalyptic setting.

Since the highly-acclaimed title was released to the PlayStation 3, the community of fans associated the date with The Last of Us, celebrating their love and appreciation for Ellie and Joel’s adventures.

Since then, September 26 was called “Outbreak Day,” but it seems that Naughty Dog isn’t too eager to keep that name due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and the amount of harm and suffering it has caused to so many people.

Naughty Dog made the announcement on Twitter, where it released a statement saying that it will be changing the name of the annual event to “The Last of Us Day” instead.

It’s a powerful move that clearly shows to the fans that Naughty Dog is being sensitive and mindful of the current disastrous circumstances plaguing the world as the coronavirus continues to spread with no signs of stopping anytime soon.

As can be seen in the statement, the day has become far bigger than its significance in the The Last of Us canon. It has become a day of opportunity for fans to talk about their love for the franchise and its characters with other fans.

At the end of the statement, Naughty Dog reveals that its hardworking team has a couple of fun things planned for The Last of Us Day and that they’ll be announcing what you can expect during the event.

Naturally, a lot of the fans are crossing their fingers that the upcoming event will bring news about the possible return of Factions mode. After all, Naughty Dog has previously claimed that the Last of Us multiplayer experience will be making a comeback at some point in the future.

The studio decided to make the multiplayer separate after it chose to get rid of the mode so that the developers could focus more on the campaign. That said, don’t mistake this as a decision to completely abandon the multiplayer mode.

In fact, Naughty Dog confirmed previously that it would work on the online aspects of The Last of Us in a separate release. Ever since that confirmation, fans have been buzzing and asking for more Factions, constantly keeping an eye out for the studio to formally make an announcement regarding the mode’s return.

Unfortunately, no such announcement has been made so far, so we will just have to keep our eyes open for any news.

On another yet related note, there’s also a chance that Naughty Dog will confirm if whether or not The Last of Us 2 will be getting a PlayStation 5 edition during the event. A lot of players have been speculating that an upgraded version of The Last of Us 2 could come bundled with the Factions online mode.

Fortunately, The Last of Us Day event is going to take place this Saturday, so we don’t have to wait that long to find out what Naughty Dog has instore for us fans.

League of Legends’ Samira Already Gets Nerfed After Just a Day of Being Live

0
screenshot-www-youtube-com-2020-09-23-12_59_45

Only a day has passed since the latest League of Legends champion named Samira joined the roster, however, the developers over at Riot Games have realized that this kick-ass lady just might be a bit too strong. As a result, they have decided to nerf her in an all-new micro-patch.

The developers acted so fast that this very quick micro-patch went straight to the game’s servers, unlike other patches that have to go through a testing process in PBE.

Lead gameplay designer Mark Yetter says in a tweet that the studio is still committed to releasing champions who are balanced. He admits that sometimes they “get lucky and nail it exactly on launch.”

However, there are some times when this just isn’t the case, so they have to quickly make a follow-up update to set things right. Yetter goes on to say that based on their estimations and goals, Samira “looked clearly too strong on day one.”

As you can see on Yetter’s tweet above, the Desert Rose’s base health points were decreased from the original 600 to 530. In addition to that, her mighty ultimate ability, Inferno Trigger, will also be dropped by a significant amount.

The developers decided on these changes so that Samira will be a bit more vulnerable during the early parts of the game, while at the same time taking away a bit of strength from her ultimate.

Many fans have already noticed just how powerful Samira is in both the mid and bottom lanes. As a matter of fact, she has a 51% win rate in ranks above Diamond, according to U.GG. This is already a pretty high percentage for any champion.

The basic damage she makes is already pretty strong in and of itself, but her ultimate ability makes her an unstoppable force to reckon with especially if she gets going early on in the match. Take that along with her Blade Whirl, which obliterates enemy projectiles, and she turns into a menace of a powerhouse.

00_client_header

For further proof showing just how strong Samira is, FlyQuest Academy’s top laner Mo Kaddoura posted a short clip on Twitter showing the champion surviving in a situation that should have had an almost zero percent chance of survival.

As you can see in the clip, Samira is an absolute unit, surviving the fight even after being surrounded by so many opponents.

With her hotfix adjustments, Samira is currently live and playable on Summoner’s Rift. However, just like Yone, she will be disabled during the 2020 League of Legends World Championship in order to prevent any balancing issues during this global event.

Without a doubt, Riot Games will have to find a way to balance her out before she takes over the meta. After all, we’ve seen these balancing issues come up over and over again such as the case of Aphelios.

After the initial release of the marksman, he became one of the most picked and banned champions in the game at the start of the year before several patches nerfed him back down.

Destiny 2’s Forsaken and Shadowkeep Expansions Now Available to Xbox Game Pass Holders

forsaken_story_2_16x9

If you have an Xbox Game Pass and you’ve pretty much exhausted everything that Destiny 2’s base game has to offer, then we have some good news for you. Especially now that Beyond Light is steadily looming closer and closer, it would be a great time to delve into the wonderful world of Destiny 2.

Bungie’s popular space-shooter may have been released three years ago, but the title is staying strong and relevant as ever thanks to its steady expansion releases and patches. Plus, the fact that Bungie split from Activision-Blizzard meant that they now have full control over the franchise.

For quite awhile now, Xbox Game Pass holders have been able to play the base Destiny 2 game, including the original Curse of Osiris and Warmind expansions. Now, however, the complete Destiny 2 experience is finally available for the Xbox Game Pass.

media_screenshot_6-7386203

We’re glad to report that Xbox Game Pass players can finally enjoy 2018’s Forsaken and 2019’s Shadowkeep expansions before Beyond Light, its latest major update, gets launched in November.

These two expansions are quite important in the Destiny 2 storyline, as they both hold significant plot points that will pave the way for what’s to come in the latest update. Without a doubt, this can also be considered a smart promotional maneuver.

The fact that Bungie is releasing all of Destiny 2’s existing content for the Xbox service means that they’re also exposing more players to the game’s up-to-date content before it transforms once more with Beyond Light.

This promotional move could be the answer to Destiny 2’s greatest dilemma, which is finding a way to draw in new players so that their radical evolution will be a success.

What makes Beyond Light so unique from the rest is that the title will be doing away with several regions from the game’s early release. Not only that, but they will get rid of a lot of gear so that they can have more space for a brand-new player experience.

That said, those players who consider themselves as completionists should check all of the items and gear that Destiny 2 will be getting rid of so that they can grab them now before they’re removed.

The fact that Bungie is releasing Forsaken and Shadowkeep to the Xbox Game Pass is timely for another reason as well. Recently, the studio celebrated the Destiny franchise’s sixth birthday.

One way they decided to celebrate this wonderful occasion is by commemorating the game’s major milestones. This included the amazing 8.6 billion hours played, and a total of 167 million Guardians who have played the title.

For many fans, having a steady, continuing community like Destiny’s is one of its greatest appeals and values.

forsaken_raids_lastwish_2_16x9-2392014

PC and PlayStation users won’t miss out on the fun, too. The Destiny 2 patch released today will include a significant update. In the form of an all-new quest, you will find a heartfelt tribute to one of Destiny’s franchise artists who passed away last year.

Long-time players may not know Matt Helsom by name, but his awe-inspiring art has, without a doubt, affected many fans as they journeyed through Destiny’s world.

What to Expect in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands’ Pre-Expansion Patch

0
screenshot-worldofwarcraft-com-2020-09-23-09_50_27

World of Warcraft: Shadowlands may not be available for at least a month, but Blizzard wants you to remain informed and prepared for when it does get released. As such, they have released the game’s pre-expansion patch notes last night.

The patch notes contain an explanation of the steps that Blizzard is taking in order to help smoothly and easily bring new players to the World of Warcraft universe. They have also included an account of the changes they have made to the title’s levelling and PvP.

If you didn’t know, Shadowlands is Blizzard’s attempt at making the new player experience a little easier. As such, they have created a new starting area called the “Exile’s Reach,” along with newcomer chat channels where you can chat with other players who are also new to the game or ask advice from long-time players.

As soon as you reach level 20, however, you’ll be removed from the newcomer chat so that you can explore World of Warcraft on your own. On the other hand, reaching level 50 means you will be able to return there as a guide. That is if your account remains in good standing.

5fipb5x0ksgw1586222804013-9042491

Among other things, Blizzard has also made an outline of the plans they have in mind for the final PvP season of Battle of Azeroth. The main season may end as soon as the patch drops, however, a pre-season will be released ahead of the Shadowlands launch.

It’s worth noting that the ladder placement will be locked, which means that players won’t be able to change their season rewards. However, gathering random loot will still be possible.

One of the major changes making its way to World of Warcraft in time for Shadowlands is a level squish. This will cause the game’s level cap to drop from 120 to 60. Also, the level of the current max-level players will drop to 50 when the expansion gets released.

As such, the pre-expansion patch will not only adjust levels and items, but it will help you determine what level you will be at when Shadowlands hits by using a conversion table.

For instance, if your character’s level right now is 108, you’ll be dropped down to level 44. On the other hand, if your character is currently anywhere between levels 60 and 63, you’ll be dropped to level 25.

pma3ty2scrv91568154134954-3117519

On the bright side, the patch will also be changing character boosts. In other words, level 120 boosts will accelerate you to level 50 when the update goes live. Similarly, level 110 boosts will take you to level 48.

Blizzard recommends that you start planning ahead to ensure that you get the most out of your character boosts. Also, it may be safer to use them before the patch drops.

Last but not least, you will also be able to make use of ‘Timewalking Campaigns.’ These are campaigns that allow certain content to scale along with your level as long as you have a character that’s at least level 50.

The pre-expansion patch doesn’t have an official release date yet, but the main Shadowlands patch is scheduled to launch this October 27.

Civilization 6 Teases Us With First Look At Gaul

0
screenshot-www-youtube-com-2020-09-23-08_39_01

Civilization 6, a strategy game developed by Firaxis Games, has finally released a video that gives us a sneak peek of the Gauls – one of the new civilizations led by Ambiorix. Along with Byzantium, Gaul is the third content pack that will be released in Civilization 6’s New Frontier Pass.

The New Frontier Pass is basically the title’s version of a season or battle pass from other live-service games, and it comes at a retail price of $39.99 USD. This pass will include six content packs that are scheduled to release every two months until March 2021.

At the moment, two packs are available, and these are The Maya & Gran Colombia Pack, and the Ethiopia Pack. Each of these packs includes at least one new civilization, along with new game modes and various new content like leaders for existing civilizations.

If you’ve been playing Civilization for quite some time now, you might think that the Gauls are comparable to the previous game’s Celts at first glance. Undeniably, the two have a few overlapping characteristics, as they were both groups that fought exhausting wars against Rome. Plus, they both appear to be made for early-game dominance.

However, those are the only similarities between the two civilizations. First and foremost, the Celts of Civilization 5 mostly concentrated on earth-based regions as well as faith-based conflicts. On the other hand, the Gauls’ main strategy focused on production and culture.

screenshot-www-youtube-com-2020-09-23-08_38_04

If you want to try out the Gauls once they’re available in Civilization 6 on September 24, we highly recommend that you focus your early turns on several key areas. Namely, expanding your borders, clearing out barbarian camps, and securing strategic resources will greatly help you as a Gaul player when it comes to constructing districts.

This is of utmost importance because their unique ability stops them from building specialty districts right next to a city center. Not only that, but the Gauls have a unique unit called the Gaesatae that replaces the Warrior, and this one is able to earn combat bonuses against those units that are stronger.

The Gauls also have a unique district called the Oppidum. If you construct this district adjacent to quarries and strategic resources, you will be able to earn large bonuses. What’s more, the Oppidum is already available before the standard Industrial Zone and it has its own ranged defense capabilities.

With that in mind, you can even say that the Oppidum can work not only as an Industrial Zone, but as a modified Encampment as well. The Gaul civilization is also capable of “culture bombing” unclaimed territory, which allows them to claim the tile for themselves.

screenshot-www-youtube-com-2020-09-23-09_26_17

If you carefully and strategically use the Gaul to your advantage, they could become an Ancient- and Classical-era powerhouse. Since the Gaesatae will have bonuses when they’re up against stronger units, this relieves some pressure from barbarians even when the game progresses through the different eras.

With their unique abilities, the Gaul have the capabilities of conquering territory quickly, as well as strengthen their new land with the Oppidum. As a whole, we think that choosing the Gaul civilization would provide your game with a strong start.

Fortnite Battle Bus Will Be Playable In Rocket League’s Llama-Rama Event

screenshot-www-epicgames-com-2020-09-23-07_21_18

Last year, Epic Games acquired Psyonix, the video game developer behind highly-anticipated Rocket League. Now, an in-game event for Rocket League will be taking place soon to celebrate the fact that the title is going to be free-to-play on the Epic Games Store.

The Llama-Rama event will start at 3:00 p.m. PT (10 p.m. UTC) on September 26 and will keep running until October 12. Along with the event comes some familiar items from Fortnite. The vehicular soccer video game will be free-to-play starting tomorrow, which is super exciting.

This means that new players still have sufficient time to download the game before the Llama-Rama’s in-game rewards become available. Previously, Rocket League events featured unique in-game currency that players could earn from matches, which they could then use to purchase themed rewards.

This time around, though, the Llama-Rama event will feature Fortnite‘s challenge system.

screenshot-www-youtube-com-2020-09-23-08_02_51

The Llama-Rama event will feature Event Challenges, according to Psyonix. These challenges will reward players with a certain kind of item for every completed one. Psyonix has yet to reveal what the challenges are, but players will be able to acquire the Fortnite Battle Bus as a playable vehicle if they do complete every single challenge.

There will be other vehicles from other video games featured in Rocket League asides from the Battle Bus, though. For instance, there’s the Warthog from Halo, Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal, and even the Batmobile.

That being said, Psyonix has already revealed some of the Event Challenge rewards and they pretty much fit the overall Llama-Rama theme. From what they have revealed so far, they have included a Fortnite Llama paint job, wheels, banner and topper.

On the other hand, the Battle Bus will also come with signature wheels, and it will even include the balloon it uses to float around in Fortnite.

Completing all the Event Challenges won’t just reward players with the Battle Bus, though – they will also be able to fully deck out their vehicles with a llama theme. That is, if they want to.

Also starting tomorrow, Rocket League will also be starting “Season 1” with an all-new Battle Pass. This will actually be the title’s 14th season, however, this will be the first season that Rocket League is hosted under Epic Games.

As such, if you link your Epic Games account to Rocket League, you will be able to unlock and receive exclusive rewards.

screenshot-www-youtube-com-2020-09-23-07_57_18

Even though Rocket League was released all the way back in 2015, the game was able to maintain its status of being one of the most played games. In fact, the title broke its peak player record across last March with over 500,000 active players.

Now that the game will be free-to-play very soon, it will definitely garner even more players worldwide. Given the fact that they have collaborated with Fortnite for the upcoming “first season,” another extremely popular game, the potential for Rocket League to grow will only keep rising.

Rocket League is an arcade-style vehicle-based soccer game and it’s available to play on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
